【摘要】：人們長(zhǎng)時(shí)間處于室內(nèi)環(huán)境中,室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量與人們的健康和職業(yè)衛(wèi)生狀況息息相關(guān)。很多室內(nèi)裝飾材料由于黏結(jié)劑的使用會(huì)向室內(nèi)空間釋放甲醛。甲醛是一種毒性氣體,可以持續(xù)釋放達(dá)十年之久,因此掌握甲醛釋放規(guī)律對(duì)保護(hù)人們身體健康、降低危害具有重要意義。早期甲醛濃度預(yù)測(cè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ碗m應(yīng)用方便但不夠準(zhǔn)確且缺乏理論支持,隨后的傳質(zhì)模型在應(yīng)用上很不方便,特別是引入了部分不便確定的參數(shù)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于甲醛釋放規(guī)律仍然沒(méi)有定論,室內(nèi)溫濕度、空氣置換率等因素對(duì)于甲醛釋放的影響機(jī)制并不十分清楚,有必要進(jìn)一步深入研究。 本文選取實(shí)木復(fù)合地板和細(xì)木工板兩種室內(nèi)裝飾材料為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,針對(duì)溫度、濕度和空氣置換率三個(gè)影響因素設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,采用氣候箱測(cè)試方法模擬室內(nèi)空間甲醛的釋放過(guò)程并測(cè)量甲醛平衡濃度。根據(jù)室內(nèi)空間特點(diǎn)建立起甲醛釋放模型,通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析擬合研究了甲醛釋放規(guī)律和相關(guān)機(jī)理,確定了模型中參數(shù)的具體數(shù)值,得到甲醛濃度預(yù)測(cè)模型方程。通過(guò)與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的比較,對(duì)甲醛釋放模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:People are in indoor environment for a long time, and the quality of indoor environment is closely related to people's health and occupational hygiene. Many indoor decoration materials release formaldehyde into indoor space because of the use of binder. Formaldehyde is a toxic gas. It can be released continuously for ten years, so it is very important to grasp the law of formaldehyde release to protect people's health and reduce the harm. The early empirical model of formaldehyde concentration prediction is convenient to use, but it is not accurate enough and lacks theoretical support. The subsequent mass transfer model is very inconvenient in application, especially some inconvenient parameters are introduced. At present, there is still no conclusion on formaldehyde release law at home and abroad, and indoor temperature and humidity, The influence mechanism of air exchange rate on formaldehyde release is not very clear, so it is necessary to further study. In this paper, two kinds of indoor decoration materials, solid wood composite floor and log board, are selected as experimental objects, and the experimental scheme is designed according to the three factors of temperature, humidity and air replacement rate. The formaldehyde release process in indoor space was simulated and the formaldehyde equilibrium concentration was measured by using the method of climate box test. According to the characteristics of indoor space, the formaldehyde release model was established, and the formaldehyde release law and related mechanism were studied by analyzing and fitting the data. The specific values of the parameters in the model are determined and the model equation of formaldehyde concentration prediction is obtained. The formaldehyde release model is verified by comparing with the experimental data.
