【摘要】:目的探討揮發(fā)性有機化合物的吸入對鼻灌洗液中生物標(biāo)志物的影響,并評價鼻灌洗方法的可行性。方法選取志愿者32人,其中室內(nèi)裝修油漆工為暴露組,水電工為對照組,測其肺功能;并采取鼻灌洗,測定鼻灌洗液中白細胞介素、嗜酸性粒細胞陽離子蛋白(ECP)等含量。結(jié)果油漆工1秒鐘用力呼氣容積(FEV1)平均為308L,比水電工明顯下降。油漆工鼻灌洗液中所測炎癥性生物標(biāo)志物含量高于對照水電工,其中ECP含量差異具有顯著性(油漆工組均值為357μgL,水電工組均值為279μgL,兩組比較P005),且ECP與肺通氣功能指標(biāo)FEV1之間呈顯著負相關(guān)(相關(guān)系數(shù)r=-0381,P005)。結(jié)論吸入有機揮發(fā)物可對呼吸道產(chǎn)生一定的炎癥效應(yīng),增加鼻炎哮喘等過敏反應(yīng)的可能性。鼻灌洗方法簡單易行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of inhalation of volatile organic compounds on biomarkers in nasal lavage fluid and evaluate the feasibility of nasal lavage method. Lung function was measured and interleukin in nasal lavage fluid was determined by nasal lavage. Results the mean forced expiratory volume (FEV1) of eosinophilic granulocyte cationic protein was 308L in one second, which was significantly lower than that of water electrician. The content of inflammatory biomarkers measured in the nasal lavage fluid of painters was higher than that of the control. There was significant difference in ECP content between the two groups (the average value of painters was 357 渭 g / L, and the average value of water and electrician was 279 渭 g / L). There was a significant negative correlation between ECP and pulmonary ventilation function index (FEV1). The respiratory tract produces a certain inflammatory effect, Increase the possibility of allergic reactions such as rhinitis and asthma. Nasal lavage is simple and feasible.
