【摘要】：建筑施工過程中施工工序的流程再造,是指施工企業(yè)對(duì)某一具體施工過程中的工作順序進(jìn)行資源、組織的整合優(yōu)化,以達(dá)到“成本降低、進(jìn)度加快、質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)、安全保證”的目標(biāo)。目前,施工企業(yè)在裝飾與安裝階段,會(huì)由于施工工序不合理的設(shè)計(jì)和管理,出現(xiàn)人工、材料、機(jī)械設(shè)備的消耗浪費(fèi),施工效率降低、施工成本加大、工期進(jìn)度延長(zhǎng)、施工任務(wù)無法按照計(jì)劃完成。在裝飾與安裝階段,施工工序繁瑣復(fù)雜,施工班組多,平行、交叉作業(yè)多,作業(yè)時(shí)間與空間相互影響,工作時(shí)間和資源沖突與閑置的現(xiàn)象頻發(fā)。對(duì)裝飾與安裝階段的施工工序進(jìn)行流程再造,對(duì)提高施工企業(yè)的施工生產(chǎn)效率有著現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文基于流程再造原理,結(jié)合中鐵十二局經(jīng)緯嘉園項(xiàng)目的案例分析,通過對(duì)裝飾與安裝階段優(yōu)化前施工工序及優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)后施工工序流程的成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全的測(cè)算、分析和比較,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)定性定量的分析和理論推導(dǎo),以尋求最合理可行的施工工序調(diào)整方案,并分析裝飾與安裝階段工序流程優(yōu)化的影響因素及實(shí)施的可行性,便于施工企業(yè)進(jìn)行更加合理有效的進(jìn)行施工工序安排。
[Abstract]:The process reengineering of the construction process in the construction process refers to the construction enterprise carries on the resources to a certain concrete construction process work sequence, organizes the conformity optimization, in order to achieve "the cost reduces, the progress speeds up, the quality reaches the standard," At present, because of the unreasonable design and management of the construction process, the consumption of labor, materials, machinery and equipment will be wasted, the construction efficiency will be reduced, and the construction cost will be increased. In the decoration and installation stage, the construction procedure is complicated and complicated, the construction teams are many, parallel, the cross operation is more, the operation time and space influence each other, The conflicts and idle phenomena of working time and resources occur frequently. It is of practical significance to improve the construction efficiency of construction enterprises by reengineering the construction process in the decoration and installation stage. This paper is based on the principle of process reengineering. Combined with the case study of Jingwei Jiayuan Project of China Railway 12 Bureau, the cost, schedule, quality and safety of the construction process before and after the optimization and improvement of decoration and installation are measured, analyzed and compared. Qualitative and quantitative analysis and theoretical derivation of data are carried out in order to find out the most reasonable and feasible adjustment scheme of construction procedure, and analyze the influencing factors and feasibility of process optimization in decoration and installation stage. It is convenient for the construction enterprise to arrange the construction procedure more reasonably and effectively.
