住宅裝飾裝修工程優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)——全面質(zhì)量管理原理在系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文從施工技術(shù)、全面質(zhì)量管理等方面系統(tǒng)研究了住宅裝飾裝修工程優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)。全文以住宅裝飾裝修工程控制系統(tǒng)圖為依據(jù),對各分部工程進行控制,按新設(shè)計控制、材料控制、施工控制和專題研究為邏輯線路,運用存貯模型、網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃優(yōu)化技術(shù)、全面質(zhì)量管理控制技術(shù)等工具對住宅裝飾裝修工程進行全面質(zhì)量管理。 在分析當前室內(nèi)裝飾行業(yè)發(fā)展和管理中存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、系統(tǒng)工程學的原理,創(chuàng)建了住宅裝飾裝修工程優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)體系。 本文指出住宅裝飾裝修工程質(zhì)量取決于裝飾基層質(zhì)量、設(shè)計質(zhì)量、材料質(zhì)量、工藝水平、工人操作水平、成品保護水平、施工管理水平等要素,運用全面質(zhì)量管理理論構(gòu)筑了“新設(shè)計控制、進庫材料控制、施工控制、專題研究”管理體系。 本文重點研究了進庫材料控制,闡述了其內(nèi)容、步驟、方法、具體控制技術(shù),強調(diào)了“室內(nèi)裝飾裝修材料有害物質(zhì)限量”強制性標準。創(chuàng)新之處在于提出了選擇供應(yīng)商的決策數(shù)學模型及存貯模型。 施工控制是本文的核心部分。在講述施工控制典型內(nèi)容、因素、程序的基礎(chǔ)上,提出具體控制技術(shù):制訂和實施標準、施工期間的控制、工序分解及最短成本工期控制。施工期間,,除了要樹立正確的質(zhì)量意識外,還要應(yīng)用科學的控制技術(shù)對施工全過程進行管理。 專題研究是本文的升華部分。為了從根本上提高裝飾工程中木裝修項目的質(zhì)量,在理論上提出了“綠色住宅裝飾工廠化模式”,探討了住宅裝飾木制品的結(jié)合方式,并完成了裝配式木質(zhì)隔墻的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically studies the optimization control system of residential decoration engineering from the aspects of construction technology, total quality management and so on. Based on the control system diagram of residential decoration and decoration engineering, this paper controls the various sections of the project and controls it according to the new design. Material control, construction control and special research are used as logical circuits. The storage model, network planning optimization technology and total quality control technology are used to carry out total quality management for residential decoration and decoration projects. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the development and management of interior decoration industry at present, according to the theory of circular economy, the theory of sustainable development and the principle of system engineering, the technical system of optimization control system for residential decoration and decoration engineering is established. This paper points out that the quality of residential decoration engineering depends on the quality of decoration base, design quality, material quality, technology level, worker operation level, finished product protection level, construction management level and so on. The management system of "new design control, material control, construction control and special research" is constructed by using the theory of total quality management. This paper focuses on the study of material control in the reservoir, and expounds its contents, steps, methods, and specific control techniques. The mandatory standard of "limit of harmful substances in interior decoration and decoration materials" is emphasized. The innovation lies in putting forward the decision mathematical model and storage model for selecting suppliers. Construction control is the core part of this paper. On the basis of describing the typical contents, factors and procedures of construction control, the specific control techniques are put forward: to formulate and implement standards, to control during construction, During construction, it is necessary not only to establish correct quality consciousness, but also to apply scientific control technology to manage the whole construction process. The special research is the sublimation part of this paper. In order to improve the quality of the wood decoration project in the decoration project fundamentally, the "green house decoration factory mode" is put forward in theory, and the combination mode of the house decoration wood product is discussed. The structure design and industrial production process design of prefabricated wood partition wall are completed.
