【摘要】： 近幾年來,建筑裝飾工廠化生產(chǎn)在建筑裝飾行業(yè)越來越受到人們的關(guān)注,改變傳統(tǒng)手工作坊式的生產(chǎn)方式為現(xiàn)代工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)是其基本的理念。本文以工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)思想為指導(dǎo),探索個(gè)性化的裝飾裝修設(shè)計(jì)與現(xiàn)代工業(yè)大批量生產(chǎn)之間的接合點(diǎn),借鑒工業(yè)化設(shè)計(jì)理論、生產(chǎn)制造理論、企業(yè)管理理論以及信息化理論等領(lǐng)域的研究成果來全方位地考察建筑裝飾裝修工程實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化大工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的途徑。 本文通過分析當(dāng)前建筑裝飾裝修行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)存在的問題,從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的角度提出了建筑裝飾工廠化生產(chǎn)理論研究的方向和實(shí)踐的方法。通過對(duì)裝飾企業(yè)、家具工廠的調(diào)研,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的工廠化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和相關(guān)理論的分析等基本研究方法,歸納出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、部品集成、企業(yè)協(xié)同等與建筑裝飾工廠化生產(chǎn)密切相關(guān)的理論要素。通過分析它們之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,進(jìn)行整合提升,進(jìn)而得出本文所提的裝飾裝修集成化運(yùn)營理論體系。通過本文的研究旨在對(duì)今后裝飾行業(yè)的工業(yè)化發(fā)展道路提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the industrial production of architectural decoration in the architectural decoration industry. It is its basic idea to change the traditional manual workshop mode of production to modern industrial production. This paper explores the connection between personalized decoration design and modern industrial mass production, and draws lessons from industrial design theory and production and manufacturing theory. The research results in the fields of enterprise management theory and information theory are used to investigate the ways of building decoration and decoration engineering to realize modern large-scale industrial production. This paper analyzes the current situation of architectural decoration and decoration industry, aiming at the existing problems. From the perspective of industrial development, this paper puts forward the direction of theoretical research and practical methods of building decoration factory production, through the research of decoration enterprises and furniture factories. On the existing factory production experience and related theoretical analysis of the basic research methods, summed up standardization, product integration. Enterprise coordination and other closely related theoretical elements of building decoration factory production. Through the analysis of their internal relations, integration and promotion. Through the research of this paper, it aims to provide a useful reference for the industrialization development of decoration industry in the future.
