裝飾清水磚施工工藝改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:清水磚砌體或裝飾清水磚砌體以其良好的環(huán)境特性、藝術(shù)特性以及經(jīng)濟(jì)特性越來(lái)越多的被應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)代建筑、古建筑以及室內(nèi)外裝飾上去。裝飾清水磚砌體墻的“清水”效果更加突出,本文對(duì)裝飾清水磚砌體施工工藝進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)性的研究。本文分析了傳統(tǒng)清水磚砌體組砌施工工藝,歸納和總結(jié)了適用于裝飾清水磚砌體的施工工序,提出了改進(jìn)部分施工工藝的方法,重點(diǎn)對(duì)墻體的一些特殊節(jié)點(diǎn)砌筑方法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新,并最終形成了《裝飾清水磚砌體施工工法》的國(guó)家級(jí)工法。為了解決墻體泛堿使裝飾清水磚砌體的“清水”裝飾效果大打折扣的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)墻體泛堿的成因進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對(duì)墻體泛堿物成份和地下水進(jìn)行了光譜元素試驗(yàn)分析和水質(zhì)成份試驗(yàn)分析,得出墻體泛堿物成份以鈉鹽離子居多的結(jié)果。針對(duì)分析結(jié)果提出了從墻體材料、地基處理、施工用水、施工工藝和后期養(yǎng)護(hù)五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行全面綜合防治的方法。最后將研究成果應(yīng)用到中國(guó)延安干部學(xué)院以及中共中央西北局紀(jì)念館工程中,取得了良好的工程效果和社會(huì)效果,可為同類建筑施工時(shí)施工提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Water brick masonry or decorative clear water brick masonry with its good environmental characteristics, artistic characteristics and economic characteristics are more and more used in modern architecture. Ancient buildings and indoor and outdoor decoration on. Decorative clear water brick masonry wall "clear water" effect is more prominent. In this paper, the improvement of the construction technology of decorative clear water brick masonry is studied. The traditional construction technology of clear water brick masonry is analyzed, and the construction procedure suitable for decorative clear water brick masonry is summarized and summarized. The method of improving some construction technology is put forward, and some special joint masonry methods of wall are optimized and innovated. Finally, the national construction method of decorative clear water brick masonry was formed. In order to solve the problem of "clear water" of decorative clear water brick masonry with universal alkalinity on the wall, In this paper, the causes of pan-alkali in the wall are analyzed. The spectral element test and water quality analysis are carried out on the composition of pan-alkali and groundwater in the wall. The results show that the majority of the components of the pan-alkali in the wall are sodium salt ions. In view of the analysis results, the paper puts forward the water use for wall materials, foundation treatment and construction. Finally, the research results are applied to the project of Yanan cadre College of China and the Memorial Hall of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Northwest Bureau of the Communist Party of China. Good engineering effect and social effect have been obtained, which can provide reference for the construction of similar buildings.
