【摘要】：根據(jù)國內外市場的需求,順應產(chǎn)品結構調整的趨向,研制開發(fā)具有國內先進水平的遮光阻燃大提花裝飾綢。該產(chǎn)品以133.3dtex有光人絲作經(jīng)起花,166.7dtex低彈滌綸絲作緯,大提花龍頭織造,特別是經(jīng)過遮光、阻燃后整理,使其具有一般裝飾用綢所沒有的獨特優(yōu)點。文章介紹了該產(chǎn)品設計的特點、生產(chǎn)工藝及主要技術問題。
[Abstract]:According to the demand of domestic and foreign markets and the trend of product structure adjustment, the paper developed the decorative silk with advanced level of light and flame retardant jacquard. The product was warped and bloomed with 133.3 Dtex glossy Rayon. 166.7 Dtex low elastic polyester yarn was weft, big jacquard tap woven, especially after shading, flame retardant finishing. This paper introduces the characteristics of the product design, production technology and main technical problems.
