【摘要】：為了對(duì)比分析不同金屬線的形貌、材質(zhì)和工藝差異,理解不同時(shí)代金屬線差異產(chǎn)生的原因,利用顯微形貌觀察與科學(xué)儀器分析對(duì)三組明清紡織品捻金線樣品的金屬箔條、有機(jī)質(zhì)背層、芯線進(jìn)行了形貌觀察分析。對(duì)比了三組捻金線的形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸和材質(zhì)特征,對(duì)其制作工藝進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,得出了三組捻金線的質(zhì)量優(yōu)劣等次,發(fā)現(xiàn)了金屬線的選用與被裝飾織物的時(shí)代、功用性質(zhì)和文化屬性之間存在一定關(guān)系的現(xiàn)象。含金量高的金屬箔條、蠶絲芯線、尺寸纖細(xì)、制作精細(xì)的捻金線屬于高等次的捻金線,常用于等級(jí)高、文化屬性及功用重要的紡織品文物裝飾,其中不帶背層的金屬線等級(jí)又高于帶有背層的金屬線。本研究對(duì)開展金屬線系統(tǒng)分析和金屬線對(duì)比研究具有較高的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to compare and analyze the appearance, material and process difference of different metal wire, understand the reason of the metal wire difference in different times. The morphology of metal chaff, back layer of organic matter and core wire of three groups of textile twisting gold thread samples of Ming and Qing dynasties were observed and analyzed by means of micromorphology observation and scientific instrument analysis, and the morphology and structure of three groups of twisted gold thread were compared. The characteristics of size and material are compared and analyzed, the quality of three sets of twisted gold thread is obtained, and the selection of metal wire and the times of decorative fabric are found. There is a certain relationship between the nature of function and cultural attribute. The metal chaff with high gold content, silk core wire, fine size, fine twisting gold thread is a kind of high grade twisting gold wire, which is often used in high grade. Cultural attributes and functions of important textile cultural relics decoration. The grade of wire without back layer is higher than that of wire with back layer. This study has a high reference value for the systematic analysis and contrast study of metal wire.
