【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的力度不斷增加，建筑行業(yè)的工程量也不斷地加大。建筑行業(yè)里面所占較大比例的裝飾裝修工程量也隨著加大。建筑裝修的發(fā)展越來越快。隨著生活水平的提高以及精裝房的普及，人們對裝修產(chǎn)品的要求越來越高。但現(xiàn)行裝修工程施工管理方式還是處于建筑工程那種粗放式的管理水平，沒有達到裝修所需要的精細管理水平，需要花費巨大的成本來達到裝修工程的設(shè)計要求。完成的裝修產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量較難達到一次性檢驗合格，經(jīng)常需要通過多次整改之后，方能達到質(zhì)量要求。浪費了大量的資金成本以及時間成本，對施工單位以及業(yè)主都非常不利。對于裝修施工這種粗放式管理水平需要得到改善。需要一套針對裝修工程施工管理精細管理的理論指導(dǎo)，來提高裝修工程施工的水平，把裝修工程施工的產(chǎn)品做到真正的精品。 本文首先系統(tǒng)地對裝修和精細化管理的基本概念、理論、以及特點進行闡述；然后通過對我國目前裝修工施工項目管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析，對目前裝修施工項目存在的一些問題進行探討，之后再結(jié)合精細化管理思想的特點，對裝修工程項目施工精細化管理進行研究；最后結(jié)合實際工程案例，貫穿裝修工程整個階段，主要有施工前準備工作精細化管理，施工中質(zhì)量、安全文明、成本的精細化管理，施工后的竣工驗收精細化管理，，構(gòu)建了裝修工程項目施工精細化管理體系，并闡述了相應(yīng)的成果。 本文通過將精細化管理思想運用到裝修施工項目管理中，旨在提高裝修工程項目施工管理水平，減少返工造成的時間、材料的浪費，降低裝修工程施工成本，做到裝修真正的精品工程，對裝修施工單位對施工項目的管理水平具有一定的促進作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of urbanization construction in China. The engineering quantity of the construction industry is also increasing. The amount of decoration and decoration in the construction industry is also increasing. The development of the building decoration is getting faster and faster. With the improvement of the living standard and the popularization of the hardcover room. . The demand for decoration products is higher and higher, but the current construction management mode of decoration project is still in the extensive management level of construction engineering, which does not reach the level of fine management required for decoration. Need to spend huge cost to meet the design requirements of decoration engineering. The quality of finished decoration products is difficult to pass the one-time inspection, and often need to be corrected after many times. In order to meet the quality requirements, wasted a lot of capital costs as well as time costs. To the construction units and owners are very unfavorable. For decoration construction this extensive management level needs to be improved. Need a set of theoretical guidance for fine management of decoration construction management. To improve the level of decoration construction, decoration construction products to achieve real quality. In this paper, the basic concept, theory and characteristics of decoration and fine management are expounded systematically. Then through the analysis of the current situation of decoration construction project management in our country, some problems existing in the current decoration construction project are discussed, and then combined with the characteristics of meticulous management thinking. Research on fine management of decoration project construction; Finally, combined with actual engineering cases, throughout the entire phase of the decoration project, there are fine management of preparation work before construction, construction quality, safety and civilization, and cost management. After the completion of construction, the fine management of acceptance and acceptance is constructed, and the construction fine management system of decoration project is constructed, and the corresponding results are expounded. This paper applies the fine management thought to the decoration construction project management, aiming at improving the construction management level of the decoration project, reducing the time caused by rework, the waste of the material, and reducing the construction cost of the decoration project. It can promote the management level of the construction project.
