【摘要】：三分損益律、五度相生律、純律和十二平均律是中西方律學(xué)史上占主導(dǎo)地位的幾種律制。它們?cè)诓煌幕�、科技背景下產(chǎn)生,由于人類(lèi)共有的聽(tīng)覺(jué)以及計(jì)數(shù)體系,共同反映了運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)方法解釋音樂(lè)聲學(xué)的特性。對(duì)律學(xué)計(jì)算體系的比較研究為更好的認(rèn)識(shí)人類(lèi)社會(huì)不同文明下的律學(xué)發(fā)展規(guī)律提供了客觀可行性。 有鑒于此,本文突破了以往運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代音樂(lè)理論比較律制關(guān)系,將此對(duì)比限定在音樂(lè)史、律學(xué)史及音樂(lè)實(shí)踐范圍內(nèi)的慣例。本文結(jié)合有關(guān)歷史文獻(xiàn),對(duì)律學(xué)計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了一系列的考證： 1.依次介紹律學(xué)史上各主要律制的生律方法、音程計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)、演變動(dòng)力和過(guò)程； 2.統(tǒng)一了律制計(jì)算參數(shù),逐步建立起律學(xué)計(jì)算的數(shù)學(xué)公式體系； 3.通過(guò)對(duì)這些計(jì)算公式的比較探尋它們之間的聯(lián)系,將三分損益律的計(jì)算進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)一化處理,使得統(tǒng)一后的三分損益律同十二平均律之間取得了聯(lián)系,同時(shí)又介于十二平均律與純律之間； 4.最后從數(shù)學(xué)物理方面對(duì)上述律制計(jì)算體系比較所得結(jié)論做出了解釋。 統(tǒng)一公式化方法結(jié)合律學(xué)數(shù)理本質(zhì),達(dá)到了簡(jiǎn)化和深入律學(xué)計(jì)算研究的目的,使律制計(jì)算體系的比較研究成為現(xiàn)實(shí),同時(shí)又探索出了一種更加合理的比較研究途徑,為律學(xué)研究提供了新的工具。
[Abstract]:The law of profit and loss, the law of five degrees, the law of pure law and the law of twelve average are the dominant laws in the history of law in China and the West. They are produced in different cultures and scientific and technological backgrounds. Because of the common hearing and counting system, they reflect the use of mathematical methods to explain the characteristics of music acoustics. The comparative study of the calculation system of law provides an objective feasibility for better understanding the law of the development of law under different civilizations of human society. In view of this, this paper breaks through the previous practice of using modern music theory to compare the relationship between law and law, and limits the comparison to the history of music, the history of law and the scope of music practice. Based on the relevant historical literature, this paper makes a series of textual research on the calculation methods of law: 1. This paper introduces in turn the biological law methods of the main legal systems in the history of law, the calculation basis of the sound range, the evolution motive force and the process; 2. The calculation parameters of the law system are unified, and the mathematical formula system of the law calculation is gradually established. Through the comparison of these formulas to explore the relationship between them, the calculation of the law of profit and loss is unified, so that the unified law of profit and loss is related to the twelve average law, and at the same time, it is between the twelve average law and the pure law. Finally, the conclusion of the comparison of the above legal calculation system is explained from the aspect of mathematics and physics. Combined with the mathematical essence of law, the unified formulaic method achieves the purpose of simplifying and deepening the research of law calculation, makes the comparative study of law system calculation system become a reality, and at the same time explores a more reasonable way of comparative research, which provides a new tool for the study of law.
