普通高校音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育協(xié)同理論研究

【摘要】: 藝術(shù)教育對于提高大學生的全面素質(zhì)有著其他教育不可替代的特殊作用,音樂教育屬于藝術(shù)教育的范疇,是普通高校進行藝術(shù)教育的重要途徑之一,因此,如何使音樂教育在素質(zhì)教育中發(fā)揮積極主動的作用?本文試圖用協(xié)同學的理論和方法來探討音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的協(xié)同理論與策略。 音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的協(xié)同理論,就是指在協(xié)同學的指導下,充分發(fā)揮音樂教育獨特的審美功能,使其與素質(zhì)教育系統(tǒng)的各個子系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)合作、相互滲透、相互補充,促進各個子系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)運動,以形成協(xié)同效應(yīng),優(yōu)化素質(zhì)教育系統(tǒng)的整體功能。 音樂教育的目標與素質(zhì)教育的目標是一致性為音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的協(xié)同提供了必要的保證;音樂教育的結(jié)構(gòu)要素與素質(zhì)教育的結(jié)構(gòu)要素(系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu))具有的共同性,是二者之間協(xié)同的紐帶和橋梁;音樂教育“現(xiàn)狀”與素質(zhì)教育“要求”的差異性為音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的協(xié)同找到了突破口。 本文由五章組成。引言主要介紹了普通高校進行音樂教育和素質(zhì)教育的必要性以及背景;第一章“協(xié)同學理論的概念”分析協(xié)同學的基本理論以及核心價值觀;第二章“音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的關(guān)系”論述了以審美為核心的音樂教育在普通高校素質(zhì)教育中的重要地位;第三章“音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的協(xié)同機制”從音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的目標一致性,二者的結(jié)構(gòu)要素的共同性,“現(xiàn)狀”與“要求”的差異性為音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的協(xié)同找到了突破口;第四章“音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的協(xié)同策略”為提高素質(zhì)教育的整體功能,從四個方面論述了音樂教育與素質(zhì)教育的各個子系統(tǒng)(思想道德素質(zhì)教育、文化科學素質(zhì)教育、心理素質(zhì)教育、身體素質(zhì)教育)的協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:Art education plays an irreplaceable role in improving the overall quality of college students. Music education belongs to the category of art education and is one of the important ways to carry out art education in colleges and universities. How to make music education play an active role in quality education? This paper attempts to explore the cooperative theory and strategy of music education and quality education by using the theory and method of Synergetics. The synergetic theory of music education and quality education is to give full play to the unique aesthetic function of music education under the guidance of Synergetics, so that it can coordinate and cooperate with the subsystems of quality education system, infiltrate and complement each other. In order to form the synergistic effect and optimize the overall function of the quality education system, the related movement among the subsystems is promoted. The goal of music education and the goal of quality education are consistency, which provides the necessary guarantee for the coordination of music education and quality education. The structural elements of music education and the structural elements of quality-oriented education (system structure) have the commonality, which is the link and bridge between them. The difference between the present situation of music education and the requirement of quality education has found a breakthrough for the cooperation of music education and quality education. This paper consists of five chapters. The introduction mainly introduces the necessity and background of music education and quality-oriented education in colleges and universities, the first chapter, "the concept of Synergy Theory", analyzes the basic theory and core values of Synergetics. The second chapter, "the relationship between music education and quality education", discusses the important position of music education with aesthetic as the core in the quality education of colleges and universities. The third chapter, "the Synergy Mechanism of Music Education and quality Education", from the goal consistency of music education and quality education, the commonness of the two structural elements. The difference between "status quo" and "requirement" has found a breakthrough for the coordination of music education and quality education. In the fourth chapter, "the Synergy Strategy of Music Education and quality Education", in order to improve the overall function of quality education, it discusses the subsystems of music education and quality education from four aspects (ideological and moral quality education, cultural and scientific quality education). The coordination of psychological quality education and physical quality education.
