【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)、多媒體技術(shù)、因特網(wǎng)技術(shù)伴隨人類跨入21世紀(jì),在“信息時(shí)代”、“網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)”、“高科技社會(huì)”、“后工業(yè)時(shí)代”的背景下;在“終身教育”、“學(xué)習(xí)化社會(huì)”的國際教育大環(huán)境下,社會(huì)對(duì)人才的培養(yǎng)要求越來越高,在“四個(gè)學(xué)會(huì)”、“創(chuàng)新教育”等眾多概念早就唱響了世紀(jì)之交的主旋律,教育逐步成為新時(shí)期社會(huì)發(fā)展的原動(dòng)力,世界大多數(shù)國家已經(jīng)意識(shí)到這個(gè)問題,并相繼掀起了教育改革的浪潮。一些先進(jìn)的音樂教育理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,迫使我們必須嚴(yán)肅地審視世界和中國的音樂教育現(xiàn)狀。據(jù)《音體美報(bào)》2000年2月28日?qǐng)?bào)道:“100%的學(xué)生喜歡音樂,而80%的學(xué)生不喜歡音樂課”這一調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),提醒著我們每一位音樂教育工作者,該怎樣把音樂課上出時(shí)代特色?怎樣使音樂課獨(dú)具魅力吸引學(xué)生……無疑,在(?)的教育理念、教育體制下,教師固有的觀念和傳統(tǒng)的教法已經(jīng)難以適應(yīng)新時(shí)期教育的發(fā)展的需求。隨著我國音樂教育事業(yè)的全面普及以及由于高校擴(kuò)招帶來師資不足的巨大壓力,無疑給音樂特別是聲樂教育工作者提出一個(gè)艱巨的任務(wù):如何從現(xiàn)代音樂教育理念的角度去理解數(shù)字化手段在聲樂教學(xué)中運(yùn)用的必然性;如何尋找數(shù)字化手段與聲樂教學(xué)的結(jié)合點(diǎn)進(jìn)而改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)的聲樂教學(xué);如何用數(shù)字化手段教育培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代音樂人才;如何建構(gòu)數(shù)字化聲樂教學(xué)體系;如何準(zhǔn)確客觀理解分析數(shù)字化聲樂教學(xué)的特點(diǎn);如何對(duì)原有課堂環(huán)節(jié)、課程設(shè)置、教材編寫乃至教學(xué)基本觀念進(jìn)行改革;如何把握數(shù)字化聲樂教學(xué)手段的功能和意義,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)聲樂教育質(zhì)量的全面提升,為全民音樂素質(zhì)的全面提高提供一定的保證…… 令人欣慰的是:歷史賦予了中國音樂教育新的發(fā)展契機(jī)。近年來,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,電腦進(jìn)入了千家萬戶,于此同時(shí)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展使得全世界利用電腦、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行工作、交流、學(xué)習(xí)研究的人數(shù)不斷增長。人們更方便、快捷地利用電腦從國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查詢信息、收集資料、進(jìn)行知識(shí)交流。人們的生活、工作與學(xué)習(xí)的方式正在發(fā)生歷史性的變化!此時(shí),聲樂教育必須抓住機(jī)遇,利用科技迅速調(diào)整相關(guān)課程教學(xué)模式,將伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)發(fā)展而逐步成熟的計(jì)算機(jī)音樂制作技術(shù)和多媒體系統(tǒng)引入教學(xué)中,改進(jìn)教學(xué)模型、提高教學(xué)效率,它們的應(yīng)用不僅關(guān)系著我國
