【摘要】：改革開放三十年來,中國社會在物質(zhì)文明飛速發(fā)展的同時,精神文明建設上也急需更多的藝術人才,但社會對音樂表演類藝術人才的要求絕不是只能在舞臺上演唱一首歌曲或演奏一段樂曲那么簡單,傳統(tǒng)的單一的精英型培養(yǎng)模式顯然已不能適應目前市場對人才更多元化和更具創(chuàng)新性的要求。社會青睞的是專業(yè)技能好、綜合素質(zhì)高、組織能力強的復合型人才,高校培養(yǎng)的音樂表演藝術人才,只有具備了良好的綜合素質(zhì),并且積極投身到為社會群眾文化服務的大潮中去,才能找到廣闊的市場與舞臺。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, while the material civilization has developed rapidly in China, there is also an urgent need for more artistic talents in the construction of spiritual civilization. But society's demand for talent in performing music is by no means as simple as singing a song or playing a piece of music on stage. The traditional single elitist training model obviously can not meet the demands of the market for more diversified and innovative talents. What society prefers is the composite talents with good professional skills, high comprehensive quality and strong organizational ability. The talent of music performing arts trained in colleges and universities can find a broad market and stage only if they have good comprehensive quality and actively devote themselves to the tide of serving the social mass culture.
