基于老年人與兒童心理需求分析的商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)的商業(yè)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)受到網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)的沖擊,造成商業(yè)地產(chǎn)及商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間景觀的開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)也同樣遭遇了瓶頸。本文立足于對(duì)商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)的研究,以有效地促進(jìn)城市實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的復(fù)蘇,同時(shí)改善城市開(kāi)放空間的整體面貌,使商業(yè)公共空間轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫奂藲?城市標(biāo)志,文化教育等多功能于一體的高品質(zhì)綜合商業(yè)服務(wù)區(qū)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)人性化尺度的空間塑造和基于兒童和老年人心理需求的自然式休憩場(chǎng)所的營(yíng)造,把老年人與兒童吸引進(jìn)來(lái),進(jìn)而吸引來(lái)整個(gè)家庭,將家庭消費(fèi)變?yōu)樯虡I(yè)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要目標(biāo)人群。一方面讓老年人增強(qiáng)信心。重新振作。激發(fā)兒童的好奇心、創(chuàng)造力和獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)的能力,讓孩子們的生理和心理更加健康。另一方面也讓實(shí)體商業(yè)更適合家庭消費(fèi),讓商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間成為家庭交流信息和娛樂(lè)休閑的重要場(chǎng)所;通過(guò)對(duì)商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間,以及兒童與老年人在開(kāi)放空間中的行為模式及相關(guān)環(huán)境心理學(xué)等方面的學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了全面的研究及整理。結(jié)合研究世界商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)前沿,分析我國(guó)商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間營(yíng)造中存在的誤區(qū)和不足之處,對(duì)我國(guó)建筑商業(yè)開(kāi)放空間景觀建設(shè)提供參考和建議;結(jié)合北京和天津地區(qū)的實(shí)際案例調(diào)查分析,采用實(shí)物拍照、群眾訪談等方法獲得第一手資料。分析其值得借鑒學(xué)習(xí)的部分和存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)一步總結(jié)提煉了滿足老年人與兒童心理需求的商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間景觀的設(shè)計(jì)策略及重點(diǎn)。探索了商業(yè)建筑開(kāi)放空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)的新模式;在理論及實(shí)地調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合北京市唐拉雅秀商業(yè)酒店開(kāi)放空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)案例實(shí)踐,探索本文所研究的設(shè)計(jì)理論的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the commercial entity economy of our country is impacted by the network consumption, which makes the development and design of the open space landscape of commercial real estate and commercial building also meet the bottleneck. This paper is based on the research on the landscape design of open space of commercial buildings, in order to effectively promote the recovery of urban real economy, at the same time, improve the overall appearance of urban open space, so that the commercial public space can be transformed into a popular city symbol. Culture, education and other functions in one of the high-quality integrated business service area. Through the space shaping of humanized scale and the construction of natural rest place based on the psychological needs of children and the elderly, this paper draws the elderly and children in, and then attracts the whole family. Turn household consumption into the main target group of the commercial real economy. On the one hand, let old people strengthen confidence. Pick yourself up. Stimulate children's curiosity, creativity and ability to learn independently, and make them physically and psychologically healthier. On the other hand, it also makes the entity business more suitable for the family consumption, and makes the open space of the commercial building become the important place for the family to exchange information and entertainment and leisure. This paper makes a comprehensive research on the open space of commercial buildings, the behavior patterns of children and the elderly in open space and the related environmental psychology. Combined with the research of the frontier of the open space landscape design of the commercial buildings in the world, this paper analyzes the misunderstandings and deficiencies in the construction of the open space of the commercial buildings in our country, and provides references and suggestions for the construction of the open space landscape of the commercial buildings in our country. Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual cases in Beijing and Tianjin, the first-hand materials were obtained by means of physical photographs and mass interviews. Based on the analysis of the learning part and the existing problems, the design strategies and emphases of the open space landscape of commercial buildings which meet the psychological needs of the elderly and children are summarized and refined. The new model of open space landscape design of commercial buildings is explored. On the basis of theory and field investigation, combined with the practice of open space landscape design of Tanglaixiu Commercial Hotel in Beijing, this paper explores the practical application of the design theory studied in this paper.
