【摘要】：人類(lèi)城市文明的歷史,就是一段與安全問(wèn)題作斗爭(zhēng)的歷史。近幾十年來(lái),在社會(huì)安全層面,傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)治安性犯罪等傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)安全問(wèn)題依然存在,同時(shí),伴隨著全球化發(fā)展,各國(guó)間經(jīng)濟(jì)資源相互交換時(shí),價(jià)值觀(guān)也相互滲透,從中產(chǎn)生的碰撞也在所難免。于是,恐怖襲擊成為近十幾年來(lái)影響全球社會(huì)安全的重要威脅之一。在此背景下,城市公用空間的社會(huì)安全問(wèn)題成為了各國(guó)政府重要的政治、社會(huì)任務(wù)。通過(guò)城市規(guī)劃以及物質(zhì)空間的塑造進(jìn)而提升其防衛(wèi)性成為了規(guī)避空間安全隱患的重要手段之一。然而,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于公共空間設(shè)計(jì)的主要關(guān)注點(diǎn)往往在于從功能、文化、社會(huì)或美學(xué)等角度切入,而對(duì)于防衛(wèi)性設(shè)計(jì)的探索也往往局限于居住區(qū)等城市使用空間的設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域。針對(duì)公共空間,特別是廣場(chǎng)空間防衛(wèi)性的系統(tǒng)性提升策略還未有涉及。有鑒于此,本文以對(duì)社會(huì)安全問(wèn)題的關(guān)注為切入點(diǎn),并嘗試建構(gòu)一套以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),作為對(duì)現(xiàn)行公共空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)體系的有益補(bǔ)充。在綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論、英美兩國(guó)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及我國(guó)存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,明確相關(guān)的建設(shè)原則與方法,并著重從控制機(jī)制和設(shè)計(jì)策略這兩方面提出針對(duì)性解決問(wèn)題。通過(guò)探討如何從宏觀(guān)層面優(yōu)化廣場(chǎng)分布格局、中觀(guān)層面提升廣場(chǎng)地段整體防衛(wèi)性、微觀(guān)層面形成創(chuàng)造性防衛(wèi)空間,使廣場(chǎng)空間在防衛(wèi)安全的前提下更符合多樣化的日常生活需求。全文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié):第一章:緒論。介紹論文的研究背景、意義、研究對(duì)象及其概念、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容以及文章的內(nèi)容框架。第二章:基于對(duì)相關(guān)理論和資料的梳理,理清廣場(chǎng)空間環(huán)境要素與社會(huì)安全事件發(fā)生的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。第三章:基于英國(guó)、美國(guó)兩國(guó)在提高公共空間防衛(wèi)性方面的制度建設(shè)和相關(guān)城市規(guī)劃控制機(jī)制,總結(jié)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),發(fā)掘可被借鑒的策略和方法。第四章:基于對(duì)我國(guó)目前公共空間防衛(wèi)性建設(shè)問(wèn)題的分析,以城市廣場(chǎng)為對(duì)象,探討基于防衛(wèi)性塑造的城市公共空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法與控制機(jī)制。提出規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的價(jià)值取向、工作原則、控制機(jī)制,并從宏觀(guān)、中觀(guān)和微觀(guān)三個(gè)層面提出了具體的策略研究。第五章:結(jié)合武昌火車(chē)站廣場(chǎng)防衛(wèi)性整治策略的研究,為具體策略的應(yīng)用提供實(shí)證分析和檢驗(yàn)。第六章,結(jié)語(yǔ)�？偨Y(jié)基于社會(huì)安全的廣場(chǎng)空間防衛(wèi)性規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則、方法、控制機(jī)制以及設(shè)計(jì)策略、研究前景等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The history of human civilization is a history of fighting against security issues. In recent decades, in the aspect of social security, traditional social security problems, such as social security crimes, still exist. At the same time, with the development of globalization and the exchange of economic resources among countries, the values also permeate each other. Collisions from them are inevitable. As a result, terrorist attacks have become one of the major threats to global social security in recent decades. In this context, the social security of urban public space has become an important political and social task. Through urban planning and material space shaping, it becomes one of the important means to avoid the hidden danger of space security to enhance its defensiveness. However, the main focus of public space design in China is from the perspective of function, culture, society or aesthetics, and the exploration of defensive design is often limited to the design field of urban use space such as residential area. The systematic promotion strategy for public space, especially square space defense has not been involved. In view of this, this article regards the social security as the breakthrough point, and tries to construct a set of this as the starting point, as a beneficial supplement to the current public space planning and design system. On the basis of synthesizing the relevant theories at home and abroad, the practical experience of Britain and the United States and the existing problems in our country, this paper clarifies the relevant construction principles and methods, and puts forward the pertinent solutions from the control mechanism and the design strategy. By discussing how to optimize the distribution pattern of the square from the macroscopic level, how to improve the overall defense of the square at the middle level, and how to form the creative defense space at the micro level, So that the square space in the premise of defense and security more in line with the diversity of daily life needs. The full text is divided into six chapters: chapter one: introduction. This paper introduces the research background, significance, research object and concept, domestic and international research status, research content and content framework of the paper. The second chapter: based on the related theories and materials, the paper clarifies the internal relationship between the space environment elements and social security events. Chapter three: based on the system construction and urban planning control mechanism of improving the public space defense, the two countries summarize the relevant experience and explore the strategies and methods that can be used for reference. Chapter four: based on the analysis of the defensible construction of public space in our country, taking the city square as the object, this paper discusses the planning and design method and control mechanism of urban public space based on the defense molding. This paper puts forward the value orientation, working principle and control mechanism of planning and design, and puts forward the concrete strategy research from three aspects of macroscopic, meso and micro level. Chapter five: combined with the research of defensive renovation strategy of Wuchang Railway Station Square, it provides empirical analysis and test for the application of specific strategy. Chapter six, conclusion. This paper summarizes the principles, methods, control mechanisms, design strategies and research prospects of space defense planning for square based on social security.
