【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、城鎮(zhèn)化速度的加快,村莊居民對生活各方面的要求也在不斷提高。村莊建設已經(jīng)成為我國城鄉(xiāng)建設中所關注的重要話題之一。山西省作為一個農業(yè)大省,其中多數(shù)人口在農村,所以加強山西省村莊建設工作,積極探索出合理的規(guī)劃設計策略,建設能滿足傳統(tǒng)文脈的傳承,提升農村人居環(huán)境,改善農村生產(chǎn)條件,提高廣大農村人民的生活質量,對于全面促進山西省村莊建設的發(fā)展,具有十分重要的意義和作用。本論文通過對山西省村莊建設現(xiàn)狀的實際調查與分析,總結出山西省村莊建設現(xiàn)狀存在的主要問題,基于晉商文化和美麗鄉(xiāng)村國家政策背景下,從規(guī)劃設計角度,結合規(guī)劃學、景觀生態(tài)學等知識,總結歸納出山西省村莊建設規(guī)劃設計的影響因素、原則和方法等,重點針對村莊建設規(guī)劃設計中的各個要素進行闡述。因為生于山西,從小就對晉商文化和晉商精神充滿了敬佩之情,而且對晉商文化也有更多的了解。本論文依托2014年參與的《山西省晉中市祁縣賈令鎮(zhèn)谷戀村村莊建設規(guī)劃》的實際項目,該項目谷戀村位于晉商文化圈中,屬于國家級歷史文化名村和美麗鄉(xiāng)村。本論文把歸納出的山西省村莊建設規(guī)劃設計的方法運用到谷戀村村莊規(guī)劃設計中,并針對谷戀村的村莊特色,總結出了谷戀村村莊建設規(guī)劃設計的目標與策略等,對重點的村莊用地、道路系統(tǒng)、景觀綠地系統(tǒng)和風貌整治建設等方面進行了設計研究。希望可以對今后的山西村莊規(guī)劃設計提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, urban and rural planning, and the acceleration of urbanization, the demands of village residents on various aspects of life are also increasing. Village construction has become one of the most important topics in urban and rural construction. As a large agricultural province, Shanxi Province has a large population in rural areas, so we should strengthen the village construction in Shanxi Province, actively explore reasonable planning and design strategies to meet the traditional cultural heritage and promote the rural human settlements. It is of great significance and function to improve the conditions of rural production and the quality of life of the rural people for promoting the development of the village construction in Shanxi Province in an all-round way. Based on the actual investigation and analysis of the present situation of village construction in Shanxi Province, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the present situation of village construction in Shanxi Province, based on the culture of Shanxi merchants and the national policy of beautiful villages, from the perspective of planning and design, combining with planning. Based on the knowledge of landscape ecology, this paper sums up the influencing factors, principles and methods of village construction planning and design in Shanxi Province, and focuses on the key elements of village construction planning and design. Born in Shanxi province, he was full of admiration for Shanxi merchants' culture and spirit, and had a better understanding of Shanxi merchants' culture. This paper relies on the actual project of "Village Construction Planning of Guban Village in Jialing Town, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province" in 2014. This project is located in the cultural circle of Jinshang Merchants, and belongs to the famous historic and cultural villages and beautiful villages at the national level. This paper applies the methods of village construction planning and design in Shanxi Province to the village planning and design of Guoman Village, and summarizes the objectives and strategies of the village construction and design of Gufan Village in view of the village characteristics of Guoman Village. The design and research of the key village land, road system, landscape green space system and landscape renovation are carried out. Hope to provide reference and reference for the planning and design of Shanxi villages in the future.
