【摘要】：城市形態(tài)一直處在持續(xù)的變化當(dāng)中,有著其獨(dú)特的變化規(guī)律。本文在研究了大量文獻(xiàn)和資料后認(rèn)為,城市形態(tài)演變的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)力是城市職能,它驅(qū)動(dòng)著城市舊形態(tài)不斷更新。為了科學(xué)有效地進(jìn)行城市規(guī)劃,我們以城市職能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榍腥朦c(diǎn),在城市設(shè)計(jì)中提出適宜城市形態(tài)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃方案。力求新的城市形態(tài)符合城市新的職能,充分行使城市職能,促進(jìn)城市的發(fā)展。本文以城市功能理論為研究基礎(chǔ),以武漢市軍山街這個(gè)三面環(huán)水的傳統(tǒng)小鎮(zhèn)為例,深入分析軍山街的城市空間形態(tài)演變過(guò)程,歸納總結(jié)出城市形態(tài)符合城市職能是城市演變的驅(qū)動(dòng)力。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)軍山街城市未來(lái)發(fā)展方向的定位,提出其原始空間形態(tài)所存在的問(wèn)題,給出軍山街濱水空間規(guī)劃措施和改建設(shè)想,力圖使軍山街的濱水空間與城市職能達(dá)到良好的相互契合�；诔鞘行螒B(tài)是指從研究城市形態(tài)演變的驅(qū)動(dòng)力和演變機(jī)制入手,得出城市形態(tài)與城市職能之間存在互適關(guān)系,并以此為依據(jù),通過(guò)分析軍山街未來(lái)的城市職能發(fā)展方向,提出軍山街濱水空間(城市形態(tài)的重要組成部分)的更新設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Urban form has been in continuous change, with its unique law of change. After studying a large number of documents and materials, this paper holds that the internal driving force of urban shape evolution is the function of city, which drives the renewal of the old urban form. In order to carry on the city planning scientifically and effectively, we take the city function transformation as the breakthrough point, in the city design proposed the suitable city shape development plan. Strive for the new urban form in line with the new functions of the city, the full exercise of urban functions to promote the development of the city. Based on the theory of urban function, this paper takes Junshan Street, a traditional town surrounded by water on three sides, as an example, and deeply analyzes the evolvement process of the urban spatial form of Junshan Street. It is concluded that urban form is the driving force of urban evolution. Secondly, through the orientation of the future development direction of Junshan Street city, the paper puts forward the problems existing in its original spatial form, and gives the planning measures and reconstruction ideas of the Junshan Street waterfront space. Try to make the waterfront space of Junshan Street and the city function to achieve good mutual agreement. Based on the study of the driving force and evolution mechanism of urban form evolution, the author draws a conclusion that there is an appropriate relationship between urban form and urban function, and on this basis, through analyzing the future development direction of urban function in Junshan Street, The renewal design of waterfront space of Junshan Street (an important part of urban form) is put forward.
