基于水文化傳承的水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:水文化是城市水利風(fēng)景區(qū)的靈魂,水文化傳承是城市水利風(fēng)景區(qū)提升品質(zhì)和豐富內(nèi)涵的必要途徑。近年來,各地水利風(fēng)景區(qū)建設(shè)工作如火如荼,吸引眾多旅游開發(fā)商的眼球,而水利風(fēng)景區(qū)建設(shè)為凸顯地域特色,水文化建設(shè)已被視為水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃的首要內(nèi)容。如何闡清水文化理念對(duì)水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃的重要性?水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃如何梳理和運(yùn)用水文化資源?如何通過水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃技術(shù)手段傳承水文化?本文基于當(dāng)前面臨的問題以巴城湖水利風(fēng)景區(qū)為例作出了以下研究:首先,在水文化與水利風(fēng)景區(qū)的總體認(rèn)知背景下,探究水文化傳承什么?即如何挖掘水文化資源價(jià)值,構(gòu)建水利風(fēng)景區(qū)水文化譜系圖,總結(jié)巴城水文化資源特征。第二,深入分析了傳承水文化對(duì)水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃的意義及水利風(fēng)景區(qū)與傳承水文化之間的關(guān)系,并對(duì)巴城湖水利風(fēng)景區(qū)當(dāng)前水文化傳承困境進(jìn)行了解析,解答了為什么傳承水文化的問題。第三,基于水文化譜系特征,從水文化傳承的主體層面和客體層面分別提出了巴城湖水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃技術(shù)手段(水利工程的功能拓展、水體景觀的場所再造、水文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用、地域水文化形象塑造)和規(guī)劃指引方向(知識(shí)科普型規(guī)劃、價(jià)值考察型規(guī)劃、休閑觀光型規(guī)劃、娛樂參與型規(guī)劃)。最后,以傳承巴城水文化為核心目標(biāo),通過巴城湖水利風(fēng)景區(qū)資源調(diào)查與評(píng)價(jià)分析、資源——產(chǎn)品可轉(zhuǎn)化分析,規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)四大主題旅游產(chǎn)品(紅色科教游、綠色體驗(yàn)游、藍(lán)色休閑游、金色品質(zhì)游),以傳承四大巴城水文化精髓(水利文化、水鄉(xiāng)文化、水城文化、水蟹文化)。并規(guī)劃了旅游線路組織規(guī)劃、旅游解說系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃,為景區(qū)基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)做好鋪墊。
[Abstract]:Water culture is the soul of city water conservancy scenic spot, and water culture inheritance is the necessary way to improve the quality and enrich the connotation of city water conservancy scenic spot. In recent years, the construction of water conservancy scenic spots is in full swing, attracting the attention of many tourism developers, and water culture construction has been regarded as the primary content of water conservancy scenic spots planning. How to explain the importance of clear water culture to water conservancy scenic area planning? How to sort out and use Water Culture Resources in Water Conservancy Scenic area Planning? How to pass on water culture through water conservancy scenic spot planning technology? Based on the current problems faced by the Bacheng Lake Water Conservancy Scenic spot as an example to do the following research: first of all under the overall understanding of water culture and water resources scenic spot background explore what water culture heritage? That is, how to excavate the value of water culture resources, construct the water resources culture pedigree of water conservancy scenic spots, and summarize the characteristics of water culture resources in Bacheng. Secondly, it deeply analyzes the significance of inheriting water culture to water conservancy scenic spot planning and the relationship between water conservancy scenic spot and water culture inheritance, and analyzes the current water culture heritage dilemma of Bacheng Lake water conservancy scenic spot. Answers the question why inherits the water culture. Thirdly, based on the characteristics of water culture pedigree, from the subject level and object level of water culture inheritance, the planning technology means of water conservancy scenic spot of Bacheng Lake are put forward separately (function expansion of water conservancy project, place reconstruction of water landscape, etc. The protection and utilization of water cultural heritage, the shaping of regional water culture image, and the guiding direction of planning (knowledge science oriented planning, value inspection planning, leisure and sightseeing planning, entertainment participation planning). Finally, with the core goal of inheriting the water culture of Bacheng, through the investigation and evaluation of the resources of the water conservancy scenic spot in Bacheng Lake, the paper analyzes the transformation of resources into products, and plans and designs four major tourism products (red science and education tour, green experience tour). Blue leisure tour, gold quality tour), in order to inherit the essence of water culture (water conservancy culture, water city culture, water crab culture). Tourism route planning, tourism interpretation system planning and tourism service facilities planning are also planned to lay the groundwork for the basic services of scenic spots.
