【摘要】：近幾十年來城市的高速發(fā)展導(dǎo)致了城市污染問題,也使城市失去地域特色。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)城市綠地系統(tǒng)可以解決不少城市污染問題,同時城市景觀也是體現(xiàn)城市地域特色的載體。但由于城市用地緊張,往往污染嚴(yán)重的地區(qū)也是土地資源緊缺的地區(qū),開辟大片綠地成本太高,因此,本文把目光投向了屋頂花園。通過對武漢屋頂花園發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在著政策法規(guī)不完善,行業(yè)發(fā)展落后,市民對屋頂花園了解不夠等發(fā)展上的問題。在武漢是屋頂花園的景觀設(shè)計中則存在著對武漢本土文化元素的運用不足,城市特色缺失等問題。本文的目的是探討城市屋頂花園的一般設(shè)計方法,嘗試解決武漢屋頂花園“從無到有”的問題,在解決這個問題的基礎(chǔ)上,為武漢屋頂花園的設(shè)計添加地域元素,豐富城市景觀多樣性,實現(xiàn)“從有到精”。本文采用的研究方法主要是通過大量閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)總結(jié)歸納屋頂花園的設(shè)計理論,并結(jié)合實例例證法,通過實地考察武漢市的屋頂花園,總結(jié)優(yōu)點,分析缺點。本文首先闡述了研究背景,從前人研究中不太為人重視的點中確定了論文的研究目的,即探討適合武漢市的屋頂花園設(shè)計。第二章是關(guān)于的屋頂花園的研究綜述,文中介紹了屋頂花園的概念、歷史、分類以及價值。第三章本文介紹了屋頂花園的國內(nèi)外的研究動態(tài),包括國內(nèi)外的研究熱點,和國內(nèi)城市屋頂花園的發(fā)展概況和案例簡析,其中國內(nèi)選取的城市為上海、杭州和廣州。第四章本文提出了關(guān)于屋頂花園設(shè)計的一般方法,探討了包括技術(shù)上如承重荷載與屋頂防排水的設(shè)計,美學(xué)上如景觀元素的搭配與場地設(shè)計。第五章,本文結(jié)合武漢的氣候特點和地域特點,依據(jù)武漢三鎮(zhèn)的地理劃分分析探討了武漢的地域景觀案例,提取出了能夠代表武漢地域特色的景觀元素和適合武漢地區(qū)生長以及具有武漢特色的植物,并分析了如何將其運用在屋頂花園的設(shè)計中。第五章,筆者選取了2個武漢屋頂花園案例,分別為武漢楚天都市花園屋頂花園案例分析和法國駐武漢總領(lǐng)事館屋頂花園案例分析,探討了他們的設(shè)計手法與特點,總結(jié)這兩個屋頂花園是如何體現(xiàn)了武漢的城市特色。本文主要取得一下成果,一是在研究大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)歸納了一般屋頂花園的設(shè)計方法。二是通過對武漢地域特色的分析總結(jié),探討了如何將武漢本土文化運用在屋頂花園的設(shè)計中。通過一至六章的分析探討,本文得出結(jié)論,武漢市屋頂花園宏觀的發(fā)展需要政府的政策支持,具體到屋頂花園的設(shè)計如何體現(xiàn)武漢特色,則需要設(shè)計師在充分理解武漢特色文化的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行相關(guān)的創(chuàng)造與設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of cities in recent decades has led to the problem of urban pollution and the loss of regional characteristics. It is found that urban green space system can solve many urban pollution problems, and urban landscape is also the carrier of urban regional characteristics. However, because of the shortage of urban land, which is often polluted seriously, the cost of opening large areas of green space is too high, so this paper focuses on the roof garden. Through the investigation of the present situation of the development of the roof garden in Wuhan, it is found that there are some problems in the development of the roof garden, such as imperfect policies and regulations, backward development of the industry and insufficient understanding of the roof garden among the citizens. In the landscape design of the roof garden in Wuhan, there are some problems, such as insufficient use of Wuhan native cultural elements, lack of urban characteristics and so on. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the general design method of urban roof garden, and try to solve the problem of "from scratch to existence" in Wuhan roof garden. On the basis of solving this problem, we add regional elements to the design of Wuhan roof garden. Enrich the diversity of urban landscape, realize "from having to fine". The research method used in this paper is to sum up the design theory of roof garden by reading a lot of relevant documents, and combining with the example method, through investigating the roof garden in Wuhan on the spot, summing up the advantages and analyzing the shortcomings. In this paper, the background of the research is first expounded. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the design of the roof garden suitable for Wuhan, which has not been paid much attention to in the previous research. The second chapter is a review of the research on roof garden, which introduces the concept, history, classification and value of roof garden. The third chapter introduces the domestic and foreign research trends of roof garden, including the domestic and foreign research hot spots, and the domestic urban roof garden development and case analysis, among which the domestic selected cities are Shanghai, Hangzhou and Guangzhou. In the fourth chapter, the general method of roof garden design is put forward, which includes the design of load-bearing and roof waterproof, the aesthetic collocation of landscape elements and site design. In the fifth chapter, according to the geographical division of Wuhan three towns, this paper discusses the case of Wuhan's regional landscape based on the climatic and regional characteristics of Wuhan. The landscape elements which can represent the regional characteristics of Wuhan and the plants suitable for the growth of Wuhan and the plants with Wuhan characteristics are extracted, and how to apply them to the design of roof garden is analyzed. In the fifth chapter, the author selects two cases of Wuhan rooftop garden, which are the case analysis of Wuhan Chutian urban garden and the case study of the roof garden of French Consulate General in Wuhan, and discusses their design techniques and characteristics. Summing up the two roof garden is how to reflect the urban characteristics of Wuhan. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: firstly, the general design method of roof garden is summarized on the basis of a lot of literatures. Secondly, through the analysis and summary of Wuhan's regional characteristics, this paper discusses how to apply Wuhan's native culture to the design of roof garden. Through the analysis of chapters 1 to 6, this paper draws a conclusion that the macro development of the roof garden in Wuhan needs the policy support of the government, especially how the design of the roof garden reflects the characteristics of Wuhan. Designers need to fully understand the Wuhan culture on the basis of relevant creation and design.
