【摘要】：聯(lián)合國教科文組織于2002年4月發(fā)布了“聯(lián)合國教科文組織支持的地質公園網(wǎng)絡工作指南”,為地質公園的建設提供了方向和標準。截止現(xiàn)在,我國地質公園入選世界地質公園網(wǎng)絡的共31處,命名的國家地質公園185處。建設地質公園目的可概括為:保護地質遺跡和自然生態(tài)環(huán)境;普及地球地質相關科學知識,提高公眾科學素質;促進地方經(jīng)濟與社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。與這三個方面聯(lián)系最多的社區(qū)居民的行為研究越來越受到行業(yè)的關注,本文將從為什么重視社區(qū)行為在地質公園發(fā)展作用,如何驅動社區(qū)居民的良性行為,社區(qū)居民可采取哪些行為三個問題入手進行闡述地質公園可持續(xù)發(fā)展中的社區(qū)居民行為驅動機制。首先,通過對地質公園的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵、馬斯洛需求層次理論深層次考察,明確地質公園建設與發(fā)展、地質遺跡保護與社區(qū)居民需求層次得到滿足以共同達到可持續(xù)發(fā)展目的之間的關系。其次,運用利益相關者理論進行分析地質公園的各類利益相關者在地質公園保護、建設發(fā)展中的角色扮演和作用;運用馬斯洛需求層次理論分析地質公園保護發(fā)展中社區(qū)居民需求得不到滿足的狀況。再次,通過分析社區(qū)居民在地質公園可持續(xù)發(fā)展不同時期的主導需求因素,從滿足社區(qū)居民需求層次的角度,改變和促成社區(qū)居民行動的動機,進而外化為行為。針對河北邢臺峽谷群國家地質公園發(fā)展階段考慮,采取滿足社區(qū)居民安全需求為主社會交往需求和尊重需求為輔的一系列措施。最后,明確社區(qū)居民地質遺跡保護的對象,通過地質遺跡類型分析,實施分類保護;對于支持和關心地質公園的建設和發(fā)展,社區(qū)居民主要采取的行動包括:配合工作、提高自身素質、采取某些行為時的報告制度等。
[Abstract]:Up to now, China's geopark has been selected as a total of 31 national geopark networks and 185 national geopark sites. There are three problems that community residents can take to explain the driving mechanism of community residents' behavior in the sustainable development of geopark. The relationship between the protection of geological relics and the satisfaction of community residents' needs in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development. In this paper, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is used to analyze the situation that the community residents' needs can not be satisfied in protecting the development of geopark. Thirdly, by analyzing the dominant demand factors of community residents in different periods of sustainable development of geopark, we can change and promote the motivation of community residents' action from the perspective of meeting the needs of community residents, and then externalize them into behavior. Finally, it is clear that the object of community residents' geological relic protection should be clearly defined. Through the analysis of geological relics types, the community residents should carry out classified protection. To support and care for the construction and development of the geopark, the main actions taken by the community residents include: cooperating with each other.
