哈爾濱啤酒主題公園設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:依靠中東鐵路的建設(shè),啤酒傳入哈爾濱,成為“中國第一啤酒”。哈爾濱啤酒發(fā)展至今已經(jīng)有百年歷史,這也與其厚重的啤酒文化密不可分。從建設(shè)中國第一啤酒廠開始,哈爾濱啤酒的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了試探、接受、發(fā)展、逐漸興盛的過程,并逐步跳脫于啤酒這一商品范疇,逐漸開始開發(fā)啤酒的其他資源,與演藝活動(dòng)及旅游等結(jié)合,隨著哈爾濱啤酒博物館的建設(shè),也標(biāo)志著對(duì)啤酒資源的利用開發(fā)方式也正朝著更合理化、商業(yè)化的方向邁進(jìn)。在如今生態(tài)環(huán)境問題引發(fā)全世界關(guān)注的背景下,本文以哈爾濱啤酒主題公園建設(shè)為契機(jī),尋求一種有效傳承啤酒文化,適合大眾游憩,突出城市特色,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的啤酒主題公園營建模型。本文通過文獻(xiàn)法,比較法、案例調(diào)查法、例證法等多種方法,對(duì)啤酒主題公園的概念、啤酒文化內(nèi)涵、啤酒相關(guān)活動(dòng)及典型案例、濕地設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合實(shí)例,針對(duì)哈爾濱啤酒主題公園設(shè)計(jì)理論及方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)探討。啤酒文化內(nèi)涵從文化屬性上分為物質(zhì)、精神及地域文化。物質(zhì)文化包含綿延厚重的起源文化、科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓に囄幕、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的創(chuàng)新文化;精神文化包含豪爽待客的激情文化、分享喜樂的節(jié)慶文化、酒桌上的“語言”文化、啤酒的廣泛及平價(jià)性表現(xiàn)的平等文化、朦朧的意境文化以及發(fā)人深省的啤酒的“黑色”文化。啤酒文化跳出原有的文化內(nèi)容,逐漸衍生能出一種新的文化內(nèi)涵即地域文化,而這種文化更體現(xiàn)了不同地域人們的不同性格和習(xí)慣,也就是具有地方特色的啤酒文化。啤酒文化中最重核心的內(nèi)容是精神文化中的“黑色”文化,意在呼吁人們文明適度合理健康的飲酒,真愛生命、熱愛生活。本文通過對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古包頭雪鹿啤酒園、青島河南莊山啤酒文化主題公園及美國快閃啤酒花園等實(shí)際案例及相關(guān)調(diào)查研究,分別分析建設(shè)的臨近啤酒廠的選址,挖掘啤酒文化及設(shè)計(jì)自由等優(yōu)勢以及工業(yè)形式過重,市場調(diào)查不足及缺少文化內(nèi)涵等不足。通過研究及調(diào)查分析,總結(jié)一套適合啤酒主題公園設(shè)計(jì)的原則即本于文化、高于文化,擇優(yōu)選擇、注重參與,因地制宜、生態(tài)優(yōu)先,注重科技、景觀創(chuàng)新,平等關(guān)愛、以人為本,注重意境、文化融合。其中以文化展現(xiàn)、游人參與性、平等關(guān)愛及意境的營造設(shè)計(jì)原則的核心。設(shè)計(jì)方法首先為明確目標(biāo)定位及策劃內(nèi)容,找出啤酒公園設(shè)計(jì)的問題并提出解決的策略,其次通過公園的選址及基址內(nèi)部的分析,找出適宜的設(shè)計(jì)方案及內(nèi)容。具體設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、水域及植物景觀設(shè)計(jì)、園林設(shè)施及其他設(shè)計(jì)以及分區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)等。分區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)又包含入口綜合服務(wù)區(qū)、主題公園、酒店、園務(wù)管理及預(yù)留土地等五大分區(qū)。將以上啤酒主題公園的一套設(shè)計(jì)理論與文化融合,應(yīng)用于哈爾濱啤酒主題公園實(shí)例中,提出了“一心”“二軸”“五分區(qū)”的總體布局設(shè)計(jì),即以啤酒的“黑色”文化為核心,設(shè)計(jì)觀賞休閑游憩軸及主題文化科普軸及入口綜合服務(wù)區(qū)、主題區(qū)、觀賞游憩區(qū)、園務(wù)管理區(qū)及預(yù)留土地區(qū)。全方位的滿足啤酒主題公園的科普宣傳、文化展示、游憩娛樂、互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)等一系列社會(huì)職能,兼顧后續(xù)的建設(shè)及創(chuàng)新。構(gòu)建啤酒廢水處理的表面流-水平潛流混合型人工濕地模式,解決啤酒廢水處理及部分公園生產(chǎn)生活及景觀用水問題,景觀及經(jīng)濟(jì)性俱佳,生態(tài)職能突出。哈爾濱啤酒主題公園的設(shè)計(jì)是在國內(nèi)外啤酒主題公園設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上揚(yáng)長避短,通過深入挖掘啤酒文化內(nèi)涵,依托哈爾濱地域文化,與設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容緊密融合。
[Abstract]:With the construction of the Middle East Railway, beer was introduced into Harbin and became China's first beer. The development of Harbin beer has a history of 100 years, which is closely related to its heavy beer culture. With the construction of Harbin Beer Museum, the utilization and development of beer resources is also marking a more rational and commercialized way. Nowadays, the ecological environment has aroused worldwide concern. Under the background, taking the construction of Harbin Beer Theme Park as an opportunity, this paper seeks an effective model to inherit beer culture, fit for public recreation, highlight urban characteristics and promote economic development. Cultural connotation, beer-related activities and typical cases, wetland design and so on are studied. Combining with practical examples, the design theory and methods of Harbin Beer Theme Park are systematically discussed. The connotation of beer culture is divided into material, spiritual and regional culture from the cultural attributes. Material culture includes extensive origin culture, scientific and rigorous technology. Culture is an innovative culture that keeps pace with the times; spiritual culture includes a culture of hospitality, Festival and joy-sharing, a culture of "language" on the table, a culture of equality in the broad and affordable expression of beer, a culture of hazy artistic conception and a culture of "black" in beer that is thought-provoking. The most important core of beer culture is the "black" culture in spiritual culture, which is intended to appeal to people to drink moderately, reasonably and healthily. Love life and love life. This paper analyzes the location of the nearby breweries, explores the advantages of beer culture and design freedom, as well as the overweight industrial form and market by investigating the actual cases of Baotou Snow Deer Beer Garden in Inner Mongolia, Zhuangshan Beer Culture Theme Park in Qingdao Henan and Flash Beer Garden in America. Through research and analysis, a set of principles suitable for the design of beer theme parks are summarized, which are based on culture, higher than culture, selection, participation, local conditions, ecological priority, science and technology, landscape innovation, equal care, people-oriented, artistic conception and cultural integration. The design method firstly aims at defining the target orientation and planning content, finding out the problems in the design of beer parks and putting forward the strategies to solve them. Secondly, through the site selection and the analysis of the interior of the base site, it finds out the suitable design scheme and content. The overall planning and design, water and plant landscape design, garden facilities and other design and zoning design, etc. The zoning design also includes five zones: entrance comprehensive service area, theme park, hotel, garden management and reserved land. In the example of the park, the overall layout design of "one center", "two axes" and "five zones" is put forward, that is, taking the "black" culture of beer as the core, the design of recreational and ornamental axis, popular science axis and entrance comprehensive service area, theme area, ornamental and recreational area, garden management area and reserved land area are all-round to meet the beer theme park. A series of social functions, such as popularization of science, cultural display, recreation and entertainment, interactive experience and so on, take into account the follow-up construction and innovation. The design of Harbin Beer Theme Park is based on the design of beer theme parks at home and abroad. By digging deep into the connotation of beer culture, relying on the regional culture of Harbin, the design content is closely integrated.
