【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,城市結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸趨向多元化和系統(tǒng)要求,老城區(qū)已然成為城市的重要的組成部分。城市街道是特定歷史文化背景下的產(chǎn)物,記錄著城市在不同時間與空間上的人文印記,老街改造對城市整體功能布局和土地再利用具有較為積極的作用。本文通過對株洲河?xùn)|地帶老城街區(qū)的綜合分析,結(jié)合兩型社會的綜合配套背景,擬設(shè)計打造一條極具株洲湖湘文化特色的人文商業(yè)街。本次課題通過查閱資料、實地調(diào)研及多角度分析等方法,對白石港下河街現(xiàn)有資源進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)。主要保留具有人文特質(zhì)的遺跡建筑景觀元素,以景觀生態(tài)學(xué)和環(huán)境心理學(xué)等多重學(xué)科相關(guān)理論為引導(dǎo),對周邊老城區(qū)街道環(huán)境進(jìn)行考察,并結(jié)合其區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,促進(jìn)功能合理轉(zhuǎn)變,通過提出對白石港下河街的景觀優(yōu)化與改造設(shè)計方案,促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活力,提高居民生活質(zhì)量。據(jù)此,在針對白石港下河街的景觀優(yōu)化和改造設(shè)計過程中,應(yīng)突出老街建筑特色以及各元素節(jié)點,避免過度開發(fā),突出重點環(huán)節(jié),提煉文化元素,形成具有地域特色的人文建筑景觀。白石港下河街老街的建設(shè)不僅對城市的功能布局起到了優(yōu)化作用,而且對提高城市綜合環(huán)境質(zhì)量也有著不可忽視的作用。本次課題概況分析白石港下河老街所面臨的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決對策,著重塑造人文空間,注重景觀生態(tài)保護(hù)和公共空間的優(yōu)化改造,共建生態(tài)友好的建筑街區(qū)景觀,使之成為城市文化空間的展示窗口,為此類設(shè)計實踐提供可參考的價值意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of social economy, the urban structure gradually tends to be diversified and system requirements, the old city has become an important part of the city. The city street is the product under the specific historical and cultural background, which records the humanistic mark of the city in different time and space. The old street reconstruction has a more positive effect on the whole function layout and land reuse of the city. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the old city blocks in the eastern zone of Zhuzhou and the comprehensive supporting background of the two types of society, this paper intends to design and build a humanistic commercial street with the cultural characteristics of Huxiang in Zhuzhou. This paper summarizes the existing resources of Xiahe Street in Pak Shek Port by means of consulting data, field investigation and multi-angle analysis. It mainly preserves the elements of heritage architecture landscape with humanistic characteristics, and takes landscape ecology and environmental psychology as the guidance to investigate the street environment in the surrounding old urban areas, and combines its location advantages. In order to promote the rational transformation of function, the landscape optimization and reconstruction design of Xiahe Street in Baishi Port is put forward to promote the vitality of regional economic development and improve the quality of life of residents. Accordingly, in the process of landscape optimization and reconstruction design of Xiahe Street in Baishi Port, it is necessary to highlight the architectural characteristics of the Old Street and the nodes of each element, to avoid overdevelopment, to highlight key links, and to refine cultural elements. Form the humanistic architectural landscape with regional characteristics. The construction of Xiahe Street Old Street in Baishi Port not only plays an important role in optimizing the city's function layout, but also plays an important role in improving the comprehensive environmental quality of the city. This paper analyzes the problems faced by Xianhe Old Street in Baishi Port, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems, focusing on shaping the humanistic space, paying attention to the ecological protection of the landscape and the optimization of the public space, and jointly building the eco-friendly landscape of the building block. It becomes the display window of urban cultural space, and provides reference value meaning for this kind of design practice.
