【摘要】：城市空間特色已成為提升城市品質(zhì)的重要基礎(chǔ),城市空間特色的塑造研究對(duì)于處在迅速發(fā)展、城市空間急擴(kuò)的中國(guó)城市來(lái)說(shuō),顯得尤為重要和突出。宣城市歷史悠久,人文薈萃,既是一座湖光山色的歷史古城,又是一座日新月異的現(xiàn)代新城,城市的空間特色是其重要的發(fā)展根本,城市空間特色的塑造已成為城市建設(shè)和管理者們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。論文通過城市空間特色缺失的背景分析,提出研究的內(nèi)容、方法、思路、目的和意義。辨析相關(guān)概念后,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)城市空間特色研究理論進(jìn)行綜述。再采用實(shí)地調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)研究等研究方法,對(duì)常熟和黃山兩個(gè)城市的空間特色進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,類比同樣具有鮮明的山水特色和人文景觀特色的宣城市,總結(jié)出對(duì)宣城市城市空間特色的啟示,并以此為起點(diǎn),對(duì)宣城市的空間特色塑造展開研究。將宣城市的空間格局分成片區(qū)要素、線狀要素、點(diǎn)狀要素來(lái)分析,基于城市已有的要素基礎(chǔ),對(duì)特色資源進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),綜合梳理城市總體層面各類規(guī)劃,運(yùn)用圖形分析等研究方法,剖析出目前城市空間特色的不足之處。綜合以上所有前期研究,提出宣城市的空間特色定位,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建出宣城市城市空間特色的框架體系,通過大量圖形解析,從“面-線-點(diǎn)-主要要素因子”的結(jié)構(gòu)層次及管理層面對(duì)宣城市未來(lái)城市空間特色的發(fā)展對(duì)策進(jìn)行具體闡述。城市空間特色的營(yíng)造需要長(zhǎng)期的控制和引導(dǎo),期待通過本文的研究,整理和完善城市空間的現(xiàn)狀資料,為同類城市的城市空間特色塑造提供借鑒,對(duì)下一步宣城市城市特色的建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of urban space have become an important basis for improving the quality of cities. The study on the shaping of urban spatial characteristics is particularly important and prominent for Chinese cities which are developing rapidly and expanding rapidly in urban space. Xuancheng has a long history and a gathering of people. It is not only an ancient city with lakes and mountains, but also a modern new city with rapid changes. The spatial characteristics of the city are the basis of its important development. The shaping of urban spatial characteristics has become the focus of urban construction and management. Based on the background analysis of the lack of urban spatial characteristics, this paper puts forward the contents, methods, ideas, purposes and significance of the research. After analyzing the related concepts, this paper summarizes the theory of urban spatial characteristics research at home and abroad. Then using the field investigation, literature research and other research methods, this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of Changshu and Huangshan, and compares the Xuancheng city, which also has distinctive landscape and cultural landscape characteristics, with a case study of the spatial characteristics of Changshu and Huangshan. This paper sums up the inspiration to Xuancheng's spatial characteristics, and studies on the shaping of Xuancheng's spatial characteristics. The spatial pattern of Xuancheng is divided into regional elements, linear elements and dot elements. Based on the existing elements of the city, the characteristic resources are evaluated, and all kinds of urban planning at the overall level are comprehensively combed. By using graphic analysis and other research methods, this paper analyzes the deficiency of urban spatial characteristics at present. Synthesizing all the previous studies, this paper puts forward the spatial characteristic positioning of Xuancheng, and then constructs the frame system of Xuancheng's spatial characteristics, which is analyzed by a large number of graphics. In this paper, the structure level of "face-line-point-main factor" and the countermeasures of management to the future urban spatial characteristics of Xuancheng city are expounded in detail. The construction of urban spatial characteristics needs long-term control and guidance. It is expected that through the research of this paper, we can arrange and improve the current situation of urban space, and provide reference for the similar urban spatial characteristics. To the next step Xuancheng characteristics of the construction to provide guidance and advice.
