【摘要】：隨著城市設計實踐量的增長,越來越多的城市設計項目采取了國際咨詢的組織形式,以此來征集設計創(chuàng)意、拓寬思路,提高設計成果的質(zhì)量。然而對于這些具有較大的影響力和一定設計水準的項目,卻少有詳細的分析和研究。深圳市寶安海岸帶城市設計國際咨詢的內(nèi)容涵蓋了總體城市設計和局部城市設計,并動員了大量頂尖設計力量廣泛參與,由多家國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀設計機構和聯(lián)合體參與競爭角逐,設計成果完整豐富,并在深化整合過程的工作組織上進行了創(chuàng)新,具備一定復雜度和代表性。對寶安海岸帶城市設計國際咨詢的完整運作過程進行詳細的解析,歸納其運作過程的特征及運作組織方面的優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)驗,為其他相似的城市設計國際咨詢實踐及理論研究提供借鑒。圍繞城市設計理論和實踐情況展開,對城市設計運作過程進行剖析,研究城市設計運作過程的理論來源、歷史脈絡,以及深圳相似類型實踐的城市設計國際咨詢組織,分析深圳寶安海岸帶城市設計國際咨詢前瞻性和復雜性的特征。在此基礎上,對寶安海岸帶城市設計國際咨詢運作過程進行詳細解析。在時間上對運作時序進行闡述,從任務、參與人員,以及運作機制幾個方面對運作過程的結(jié)構要素進行梳理和闡釋,并對設計成果進行特征分析和比較研究。對項目核心過程和特征進行總結(jié)歸納,對其運作過程進行評析,提出相關的經(jīng)驗借鑒,分析國際咨詢項目組織的趨勢,提出相關的啟示與構想。通過闡釋完整的過程框架及其具體運作組織特點,為其他相似的城市設計國際咨詢實踐提供指導和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increase of urban design practice, more and more urban design projects have adopted the form of international consultation, in order to solicit design creativity, broaden ideas and improve the quality of design results. However, there are few detailed analysis and research on these projects with great influence and certain design level. The content of Shenzhen Baoan coastal zone urban design international consultation covers the overall urban design and local urban design, and mobilized a large number of top design forces to participate in the extensive participation of a number of domestic and foreign excellent design institutions and consortia to participate in the competition. The design is complete and rich, and innovates in the organization of deepening the integration process, and has a certain complexity and representativeness. The complete operation process of the international consultation on urban design in Baoan coastal zone is analyzed in detail, and the characteristics of the operation process and the advantages and experiences of the operation organization are summarized. It provides reference for other similar international consulting practice and theoretical research on urban design. Focusing on the theory and practice of urban design, this paper analyzes the operational process of urban design, studies the theoretical source, historical context, and international consulting organizations of similar types of practice in Shenzhen. This paper analyzes the prospective and complex characteristics of international consultation on urban design in Baoan coastal zone of Shenzhen. On the basis of this, the operation process of international consultation on urban design in Baoan coastal zone is analyzed in detail. In terms of time, the paper expounds the operation time series, combs and explains the structural elements of the operation process from the aspects of tasks, participants and operation mechanism, and makes a characteristic analysis and comparative study on the design results. This paper summarizes and summarizes the core process and characteristics of the project, evaluates its operation process, puts forward relevant experience, analyzes the trend of international consulting project organization, and puts forward relevant enlightenment and conception. By explaining the complete process framework and the characteristics of operation and organization, this paper provides guidance and reference for other similar international consulting practice of urban design.
