【摘要】：近年,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,城市居民物質(zhì)的生活水平和生活質(zhì)量都有顯著的提高和進(jìn)步,與此同時人們就會對自己所生活居住區(qū)環(huán)境給予了一定程度的關(guān)注,也對居住環(huán)境的質(zhì)量和品質(zhì)有了更高的要求和期望。因此,根據(jù)居民的需求,目前及今后的居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計不僅要滿足人們基本生活、活動,還要將地域歷史文化融入其中,成為傳承和發(fā)揚(yáng)我國傳統(tǒng)文化的載體。而意境營造就是將傳統(tǒng)歷史文化、審美意識、以及哲學(xué)思想體現(xiàn)在景觀之中,因此將傳統(tǒng)園林意境營造應(yīng)用于居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計中,現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)景觀就成為文化傳承的有效途徑之一。本文首先以居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計為切入點,對居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計相關(guān)理論和園林意境營造相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行解析,根據(jù)解析闡明意境營造在居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計中應(yīng)用的原因。其次,嘗試將傳統(tǒng)園林意境營造與現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計進(jìn)行理論和設(shè)計手法的融合,通過研究傳統(tǒng)民居中的優(yōu)秀案例,啟發(fā)當(dāng)代居住區(qū)景觀中的意境營造,嘗試總結(jié)出現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)景觀意境營造的基本理論和居住景觀意境營造的表現(xiàn)要素(植物、山石、水體、鋪裝、景觀建筑)的具體設(shè)計手法,為今后居住區(qū)景觀意境營造提供借鑒和參考。再次通過分析西安群賢莊、楓林華府、西市佳苑三個已建成的優(yōu)秀案例,例證出現(xiàn)代居住區(qū)景觀意境營造的優(yōu)缺點,為實踐提供例證。最后將總結(jié)出的核心理論應(yīng)用于實踐項目中,對中國鐵建逸園居住區(qū)景觀進(jìn)行意境營造設(shè)計,具體意境營造體現(xiàn)在植物種植、鋪裝、建筑小品、水體等多個方面。最后對文章做出總結(jié)與展望,傳承和發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)園林意境營造手法在居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用,嘗試豐富意境營造在居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計中的理論,通過對例證與實踐項目的進(jìn)一步解析,希望對今后的實踐能夠起到借鑒作用,爭取創(chuàng)建出具有我國傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)涵的居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development and progress of our country's economy, the material living standard and quality of life of urban residents have been significantly improved and improved. At the same time, people will pay a certain degree of attention to the environment of the residential areas in which they live. Also has higher requirements and expectations for the quality and quality of living environment. Therefore, according to the needs of residents, the present and future residential landscape design should not only meet the basic needs of people, activities, but also integrate regional history and culture into it, and become the carrier of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional culture of our country. The artistic conception construction is to embody the traditional historical culture, aesthetic consciousness and philosophy thought in the landscape, so the traditional garden artistic conception construction is applied to the residential landscape design. Modern residential landscape has become one of the effective ways of cultural inheritance. In this paper, the landscape design of residential areas as a breakthrough point, the landscape design of residential areas related to the theory and landscape design related to the theory of landscape design, according to the analysis of the artistic conception of residential landscape design in the application of the reasons. Secondly, it tries to combine the traditional garden artistic conception construction with the modern residential landscape design theory and design technique, through studying the outstanding cases in the traditional residential area, enlightens the artistic conception construction in the contemporary residential area landscape. This paper tries to summarize the basic theory of landscape artistic conception construction of modern residential area and the concrete design techniques of residential landscape artistic conception construction (plant, rock, water body, pavement, landscape architecture). For the future residential landscape artistic conception construction to provide reference and reference. Through the analysis of Xi'an Qun Xianzhuang, Fenglin Washington, West City Jiayuan three completed excellent cases, exemplified the advantages and disadvantages of modern residential landscape conception construction, providing examples for practice. In the end, the core theory is applied to the practical project, and the artistic conception design of the residential area of the railway construction garden in China is carried out, which is embodied in plant planting, pavement, architectural sketch, water body and so on. Finally, this paper summarizes and prospects, inherits and develops the application of traditional landscape conception in residential landscape design, and tries to enrich the theory of artistic conception in residential landscape design. Through the further analysis of examples and practical projects, it is hoped that it can be used for reference in the future practice and strive to create a landscape design model of residential areas with the connotation of Chinese traditional culture.
