【摘要】:煤矸石是在煤炭開(kāi)采和洗選加工過(guò)程中產(chǎn)出的固體廢棄物,是碳質(zhì)、砂質(zhì)和泥質(zhì)頁(yè)巖的混合物,其巨大的排放量和露天堆存現(xiàn)象造成嚴(yán)重的土壤、水體和大氣污染,破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境和景觀,給人類的生存和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展造成危害。研究表明,煤矸石被廣泛使用在填充材料、替代混凝土骨料或者水泥摻合料等方面,其中將煤矸石用作混凝土骨料具有投資少、易開(kāi)采、使用量大、加工簡(jiǎn)單及綜合利用效果明顯等優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到普遍應(yīng)用。近年來(lái),隨著建筑行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展以及建筑安全事故的頻繁發(fā)生,建筑的安全性也越來(lái)越受到重視,在利用煤矸石配制混凝土方面,常溫下的性能研究已經(jīng)比較成熟,但在高溫下依靠自身的材料強(qiáng)度或者煤矸石活性的激發(fā)來(lái)維持煤矸石混凝土的正常使用方面研究比較少,且沒(méi)有比較完整的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)支持。本研究目的是通過(guò)對(duì)泥質(zhì)頁(yè)巖煤矸石對(duì)混凝土常溫及高溫下強(qiáng)度和體積穩(wěn)定性等性能影響的研究,探索煤矸石混凝土在常溫下能夠保持結(jié)構(gòu)的安全度并在高溫下能夠正常使用的應(yīng)用條件。以煤矸石混凝土的強(qiáng)度、體積穩(wěn)定性及耐久性等宏觀性能為基礎(chǔ),確定煤矸石作為粗骨料的最優(yōu)取代率,研究表明:隨著煤矸石摻量的增加,煤矸石混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度及干縮逐漸增大,抗?jié)B、抗凍性逐漸降低,靜彈性模量先增大后減小,當(dāng)取代率為20%時(shí)最大。結(jié)合微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析手段探索泥質(zhì)頁(yè)巖煤矸石對(duì)混凝土處于不同溫度條件下(常溫、200℃、300℃、400℃、500℃、600℃、700℃、800℃、900℃)的性能影響機(jī)理,結(jié)果表明:隨著泥質(zhì)頁(yè)巖煤矸石摻量的增加以及經(jīng)歷溫度的升高,煤矸石混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度逐漸減小,破壞情況越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重。煤矸石的活性在高溫下并沒(méi)有得到激發(fā),無(wú)法提高混凝土的抗高溫性能,因此在對(duì)煤矸石混凝土進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)制備過(guò)程中要注意對(duì)泥質(zhì)頁(yè)巖煤矸石摻量的控制,以保證建筑材料及結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的安全度。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue is a solid waste produced in the process of coal mining and washing and processing. It is a mixture of carbonaceous, sandy and muddy shale. Its huge discharge and open-air storage cause serious soil, water and air pollution. Damage to the ecological environment and landscape, human survival and economic development caused harm. The research shows that coal gangue is widely used in filling material, replacing concrete aggregate or cement admixture and so on, in which coal gangue is used as concrete aggregate with less investment, easy to be mined and large amount of usage. The advantages of simple processing and obvious comprehensive utilization are widely used. In recent years, with the vigorous development of the construction industry and the frequent occurrence of building safety accidents, the building safety has been paid more and more attention. In the use of coal gangue to prepare concrete, the performance research at room temperature has been relatively mature. However, the research on maintaining the normal use of coal gangue concrete under high temperature depends on its own material strength or the activation of coal gangue activity, and there is no complete test data to support it. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of shale coal gangue on strength and volume stability of concrete at room temperature and high temperature. To explore the application conditions of coal gangue concrete which can keep the safety of structure at room temperature and can be used normally at high temperature. Based on the macroscopic properties of coal gangue concrete, such as strength, volume stability and durability, the optimum substitution rate of coal gangue as coarse aggregate is determined. The compressive strength and dry shrinkage of coal gangue concrete increase gradually, the impermeability and frost resistance decrease gradually, and the static elastic modulus increases first and then decreases, and the maximum is when the replacement ratio is 20.
