邢臺(tái)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)健美操課程資源現(xiàn)狀與開(kāi)發(fā)研究

【摘要】:中學(xué)健美操課程資源的合理開(kāi)發(fā)和利用是全面推進(jìn)學(xué)校體育教學(xué)改革,優(yōu)化教學(xué)效果的基礎(chǔ)保障。近年來(lái),中學(xué)健美操課程的廣泛開(kāi)展,其獨(dú)特的健身娛樂(lè)價(jià)值和藝術(shù)審美價(jià)值,深受中學(xué)生喜愛(ài)。但是,對(duì)于健美操課程資源的綜合開(kāi)發(fā)和利用依然是中學(xué)體育教學(xué)過(guò)程中亟待解決的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。因此,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料、專(zhuān)家訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等研究方法,以邢臺(tái)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)為例,在較為全面系統(tǒng)地調(diào)查健美操課程的人力、物力、財(cái)力、文化和隱性課程資源現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)邢臺(tái)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)健美操教師的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)以年輕教師為主,專(zhuān)家型教師較少,男女教師性別結(jié)構(gòu)失衡,女性教師所占比重較高,教師的職稱結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)和裁判等級(jí)水平偏低。(2)邢臺(tái)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)健美操場(chǎng)地器材資源不同的學(xué)校之間存在嚴(yán)重的不均衡現(xiàn)象,健美操教學(xué)訓(xùn)練器材不足,室內(nèi)體育館和綜合性場(chǎng)館缺乏,不利于課外健美操活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展。(3)邢臺(tái)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)健美操任課教師的工資待遇水平偏低;教學(xué)財(cái)力資源的融資渠道單一,教學(xué)環(huán)境改善的市場(chǎng)化運(yùn)作機(jī)制尚不成熟。(4)邢臺(tái)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)健美操課程目標(biāo)單一,心理健康目標(biāo)和社會(huì)適應(yīng)目標(biāo)方面有待于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng);教學(xué)內(nèi)容比較單一,缺乏創(chuàng)新性,自編健美操所采用的較少,教材的選擇具有一定的隨意性,教學(xué)方法的創(chuàng)新能力不足,教師對(duì)于教案的使用多采用舊教案,課后小結(jié)的總結(jié)工作方面沒(méi)有做到認(rèn)真歸納總結(jié),考核內(nèi)容缺乏對(duì)健美操基本功和樂(lè)感培養(yǎng)方面的考核。(5)邢臺(tái)市區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)希望掌握健美操相關(guān)的知識(shí)技能,但是,對(duì)健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)在改善形體、增強(qiáng)體質(zhì),增進(jìn)健康方面的認(rèn)識(shí)不足,學(xué)生對(duì)健美操的喜好程度表現(xiàn)為兩極分化的狀態(tài),學(xué)生對(duì)健美操教學(xué)的滿意度較高,課程內(nèi)容的設(shè)置方面缺乏對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理的調(diào)查。(6)提出了教師進(jìn)行職后培訓(xùn),吸收和引進(jìn)健美操專(zhuān)業(yè)的人才,調(diào)整教師的性別結(jié)構(gòu),因地制宜地開(kāi)發(fā)校內(nèi)健美操課程物力資源,加大政府的資金投放力度,借助市場(chǎng)化的運(yùn)作模式,吸收個(gè)人和企業(yè)贊助或投資,不斷完善健美操教學(xué)物質(zhì)環(huán)境,教師加強(qiáng)健美操的創(chuàng)編與改編能力,系統(tǒng)了解本班或本校健美操教學(xué)的實(shí)際情況有針對(duì)性地選擇性和使用教材等方面的具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The reasonable development and utilization of calisthenics curriculum resources in middle school is the basic guarantee to promote the reform of physical education teaching and optimize the teaching effect. In recent years, the aerobics course of middle school is widely developed, its unique fitness entertainment value and artistic aesthetic value are deeply loved by middle school students. However, the comprehensive development and utilization of calisthenics curriculum resources is still a key problem to be solved in the process of middle school physical education. Therefore, through literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, taking Xingtai City Junior Middle School as an example, the manpower, material and financial resources of aerobics courses are investigated in a more comprehensive and systematic way. On the basis of the present situation of culture and recessive curriculum resources, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the age structure of calisthenics teachers in urban junior middle schools in Xingtai is mainly young teachers, there are fewer expert teachers, the gender structure of male and female teachers is out of balance, the proportion of female teachers is high, and the professional title structure of teachers. (2) there is a serious imbalance between the schools with different resources of aerobics facilities in Xingtai City Junior Middle School, the shortage of aerobics teaching and training equipment, the lack of indoor gymnasium and comprehensive gymnasium. It is not conducive to the development of extracurricular aerobics activities. (3) the salary level of aerobics teachers in Xingtai urban junior middle school is low; the financing channel of teaching financial resources is single, The market-oriented operating mechanism of improving teaching environment is not mature. (4) the goal of calisthenics course in Xingtai urban junior middle school is single, the goal of mental health and social adaptation needs to be further strengthened, the teaching content is relatively single, and the teaching content is lack of innovation. The use of self-compiled aerobics is less, the choice of teaching materials is arbitrary, the innovative ability of teaching methods is insufficient, the teachers often use old teaching plans for the use of teaching plans, and the summing up of after-class summary has not been done seriously. (5) the students of Xingtai urban junior middle school hope to master the knowledge and skills related to aerobics. However, aerobics can improve the physique and strengthen the physique. The students' preference for aerobics is polarized, and the students' satisfaction with aerobics teaching is high. The content of the curriculum is short of investigation on the students' learning psychology. (6) it is proposed that teachers should carry out post-service training, absorb and introduce aerobics professionals, adjust teachers' gender structure, and develop the material resources of aerobics courses in accordance with local conditions. Increase the government's capital investment, with the help of market-oriented operation mode, attract individuals and enterprises to sponsor or invest, constantly improve the material environment of aerobics teaching, teachers strengthen the ability to create and adapt aerobics, Systematic understanding of the actual situation of aerobics teaching in this class or in our school.
