【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,城市化進程在不斷推進,建設(shè)用地與環(huán)境之間的沖突點不斷加強,容積率越來越高,綠化用地越來越少,建設(shè)用地朝更高的樓層發(fā)展,建設(shè)密度越來越大。如何擴大綠化面積,改善人們的居住環(huán)境,成為當今社會發(fā)展的一大發(fā)展瓶頸,也是當今社會發(fā)展必須解決的當務(wù)之急。一方面,容積率加大,建筑密度加大,留給綠化的面積越來越少;另一方面,隨著我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,我國小汽車保有量不斷攀升,個別城市為了控制汽車增長數(shù)量,采取了限號措施。城市中車位難求的情況屢見不鮮。為了滿足規(guī)劃指標規(guī)定的停車位數(shù)量,房產(chǎn)商都在建設(shè)地下停車場。將停車場轉(zhuǎn)移到地下是大勢所趨,地下室的面積在不斷的增加,地下室頂板的景觀設(shè)計也成為當今景觀設(shè)計的重要部分。本文首先闡述地下車車庫頂板景觀設(shè)計的發(fā)展歷史以及現(xiàn)狀,提出研究的主體和目標,對研究框架進行研究;然后對地下車庫頂板的景觀設(shè)計元素基本特征進行描述;重點對景觀設(shè)計中的組成要素排水、地形、植物、水景、構(gòu)筑物、消防車道、硬質(zhì)鋪裝在設(shè)計中容易發(fā)生和遇到的問題進行總結(jié)歸納,將景觀元素的設(shè)計思路整理清晰;對地下車庫頂板與非地下車庫頂板兩區(qū)域連接處需要注意的問題以及如何處理進行總結(jié),將設(shè)計和施工中存在的經(jīng)驗和歸納貫于其中,為地下車庫頂板的景觀設(shè)計建立系統(tǒng)性的總結(jié)經(jīng)驗。最后以實際案例御景獅城項目、包頭正翔國際項目為例,講述如何開展地下車庫頂板景觀設(shè)計過程。在文章的結(jié)尾,作者根據(jù)在實際工作中總結(jié)的地下車庫頂板景觀設(shè)計目前存在的不足和問題,提出了自己的建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the process of urbanization is advancing, the conflict point between the construction land and the environment is strengthened, the volume ratio is higher and higher, the green land is less and less, and the construction land is developing towards the higher floor. The density of construction is increasing. How to enlarge greening area and improve people's living environment has become a major bottleneck of social development. On the one hand, the volume ratio increases, the building density increases, leaving less and less area for greening. On the other hand, with the rapid development of the automobile industry in China, the number of cars in our country is constantly rising. In order to control the increase in the number of cars in individual cities, Measures have been taken to limit the number. The hard-to-get parking spaces in the city are common. To meet the number of parking spaces specified in the plan, property developers are building underground parking lots. It is the trend of the times to transfer the parking lot to underground. The area of basement is increasing continuously. The landscape design of basement roof has become an important part of landscape design nowadays. In this paper, the history and present situation of landscape design of underground garage roof are described, the main body and goal of the research are put forward, and the basic characteristics of landscape design elements of underground garage roof are described. The main elements of landscape design, such as drainage, topography, plant, waterscape, structure, firefighting lane and hard pavement, are summarized and summarized, and the design ideas of landscape elements are clear. The problems to be paid attention to and how to deal with the joint of underground garage roof and non-underground garage roof are summarized, and the experience and experience in design and construction are summarized. To establish systematic summary experience for the landscape design of underground garage roof. Finally, taking the actual case of the Lion City project and the Baotou Zhengxiang International Project as an example, this paper describes how to develop the underground garage roof landscape design process. At the end of the article, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions according to the shortcomings and problems of the underground garage roof landscape design summarized in the actual work.
