【摘要】：居住區(qū)外部空間植物景觀是居住區(qū)環(huán)境建設(shè)與發(fā)展的重要組成部分,也是提升住區(qū)環(huán)境品質(zhì)的決定性因素。然而,在目前的居住區(qū)發(fā)展中往往忽略對植物景觀的重視,建筑、道路規(guī)劃與植物景觀建設(shè)之間各行其是,以至于環(huán)境建設(shè)停滯不前,仍然停留在填空式的綠化階段,嚴(yán)重影響住區(qū)環(huán)境品質(zhì)的提升。在未來居住區(qū)環(huán)境建設(shè)過程中,實現(xiàn)建筑、道路、植物之間的協(xié)調(diào)與互動,構(gòu)建和諧關(guān)系,是住區(qū)環(huán)境得以改善和品質(zhì)提升的實質(zhì)性需求。因此,本論文的研究方向確定為呼和浩特居住區(qū)外部空間植物景觀的適宜性設(shè)計探究,對建設(shè)優(yōu)質(zhì)的住區(qū)環(huán)境具有實際應(yīng)用意義。論文主要從以下幾方面進行研究:通過閱讀相關(guān)書籍與文獻,回顧自改革開放以來我國居住區(qū)環(huán)境建設(shè)發(fā)展過程,在對植物景觀迫切需求的趨勢下,以外部空間設(shè)計、環(huán)境行為學(xué)與心理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),發(fā)掘居住區(qū)外部空間中建筑、道路、植物景觀在設(shè)計原理和內(nèi)容方面的關(guān)聯(lián)性,分析三者之間的相互作用與影響。結(jié)合呼和浩特12個具體居住區(qū)的實地調(diào)研分析,以影響外部空間中公共和宅旁兩大綠地類型的植物景觀構(gòu)建的主要因素為切入點,從宏觀—中觀—微觀三個方面針對居住區(qū)外部空間植物景觀現(xiàn)狀進行系統(tǒng)分析,總結(jié)歸納出植物景觀總體布局、空間尺度、功能作用、豐富程度以及協(xié)調(diào)性等一系列問題和不足之處。并根據(jù)呼和浩特居住區(qū)外部空間植物景觀存在的不足之處,進一步對植物景觀總體布局、空間建造、功能作用、氣候特點進行適宜性設(shè)計探究,歸納、總結(jié)得出相應(yīng)的植物景觀適宜性設(shè)計策略,為后續(xù)的呼和浩特居住區(qū)植物景觀建設(shè)、發(fā)展與相關(guān)設(shè)計的研究提供理論依據(jù)與實踐參考。居住區(qū)外部空間植物景觀設(shè)計是一個綜合而復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)性建設(shè),需要全面考慮并結(jié)合建筑、道路規(guī)劃等諸多方面的內(nèi)容。同時也要借鑒環(huán)境行為學(xué)與心理學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)等多種學(xué)科輔助實現(xiàn)居住區(qū)植物景觀的適宜性設(shè)計,使居住區(qū)環(huán)境建設(shè)與發(fā)展提升到一個更高的檔次,真正地達到品質(zhì)的飛躍。
[Abstract]:The plant landscape in the outer space of residential area is an important part of the environmental construction and development of residential area, and it is also the decisive factor to improve the environmental quality of residential area. However, in the current development of residential areas, attention to plant landscape is often neglected. Buildings, road planning and plant landscape construction go their separate ways, so that the environmental construction stagnates, and still stays at the stage of filling in the green space. Seriously affect the environmental quality of residential areas. In the process of environmental construction in future residential areas, it is essential to realize the coordination and interaction among buildings, roads and plants, and to build a harmonious relationship in order to improve the environment and improve the quality of residential areas. Therefore, the research direction of this paper is to explore the suitability design of plant landscape in the outer space of Hohhot residential area, which has practical application significance for the construction of high-quality residential environment. This paper mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects: through reading the related books and the literature, reviewing the development process of the residential area environment construction since the reform and opening up in our country, under the trend of the urgent demand for the plant landscape, design with the external space, Based on the theories of environmental behavior and psychology, this paper explores the relationship among the design principles and contents of architecture, road and plant landscape in the outer space of residential area, and analyzes the interaction and influence among them. Combined with the field investigation and analysis of 12 specific residential areas in Hohhot, the main factors affecting the construction of plant landscape of public and residential green space in the external space are taken as the starting point. From three aspects of macroscopical, meso-microcosmic, the present situation of plant landscape in the outer space of residential area is systematically analyzed, and the overall layout, spatial scale and function of plant landscape are summarized and summarized. Abundance and coordination are a series of problems and deficiencies. According to the deficiency of plant landscape in the outer space of Huhehaote residential area, the overall layout, space construction, function and climate characteristics of plant landscape are further studied and summarized. The corresponding plant landscape suitability design strategy is concluded, which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the subsequent research on plant landscape construction, development and related design in Hohhot residential area. The plant landscape design of the outer space of residential area is a comprehensive and complex systematic construction, which needs to be comprehensively considered and combined with many aspects such as architecture, road planning and so on. At the same time, it is necessary to draw lessons from environmental behavior and psychology, landscape ecology and other disciplines to help realize the suitability design of residential plant landscape, so as to promote the environmental construction and development of residential areas to a higher level, and to truly achieve a leap in quality.
