【摘要】:當(dāng)今時代,生態(tài)環(huán)境是衡量一座城市乃至一個國家發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。城市綠化也意在改善人類的聚居環(huán)境,以人為主要對象進(jìn)行服務(wù),其好壞就成為影響生態(tài)環(huán)境的直觀要素。因此,公園綠地的綠化也就成為了這個地區(qū)綜合實(shí)力的表現(xiàn),決定著它的發(fā)展?jié)摿。本次學(xué)府公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)位于北京市昌平區(qū)沙河高教園區(qū),占地6.92公頃。設(shè)計(jì)定位為生態(tài)游憩文體為主的居住區(qū)公園,將綠色與運(yùn)動相結(jié)合,進(jìn)行人性化設(shè)計(jì)、可持續(xù)性設(shè)計(jì),因地制宜的滿足居民不同層次的需求,營造生態(tài)自然的環(huán)境,為周圍居民提供便捷的服務(wù),以人為本,優(yōu)化人居環(huán)境。本文主要在對居住區(qū)公園景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程、設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析之后,指出其重要性及問題所在,歸納出合理的改善辦法。在總的設(shè)計(jì)理念的指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行從景觀空間整合到具體景觀要素設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)的闡釋。第一,在對場地進(jìn)行處理的方面,利用現(xiàn)有場地,創(chuàng)造書山、雨水花園等高低起伏的微地形,豐富景觀層次;形成排水坡度,匯集雨水,通過植物、土壤過濾雨水的作用,減少地表徑流,收集的雨水自然滲入地下,補(bǔ)充地下水源。第二,在植物選擇方面,主要選擇鄉(xiāng)土樹種,合理引種,豐富植物景觀,提高綠地率,突出植物凈化空氣、調(diào)節(jié)氣候、減弱噪音的作用,通過環(huán)境的改善,吸引小動物,從而增加生物多樣性。第三,在功能性方面,建立兒童活動區(qū),并設(shè)有不同年齡段兒童適用的游樂設(shè)施,滿足兒童對活動空間的需求;設(shè)置不同尺度的廣場和綠地,方便周圍不同年齡層次的居民觀賞游憩;在靠近周圍學(xué)校的公園綠地中設(shè)置小的活動場所,為等待孩子放學(xué)的家長提供可以適當(dāng)休息的空間,并且確保這些空間與城市干道交通便利,方便家長進(jìn)入,并且與學(xué)校出入口接近,方便放學(xué)時盡快接到孩子。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, ecological environment is one of the important standards to measure the development of a city and even a country. Urban greening is also intended to improve the human settlement environment, taking people as the main object of service, its good or bad has become an intuitive factor affecting the ecological environment. Therefore, the greening of the park green space has become the performance of the comprehensive strength of this area, which determines its development potential. The park planning and design is located in Changping District, Beijing Shahe higher Education Park, covering an area of 6.92 hectares. The design is designed as a residential park with ecological recreation style, which combines green with sports, carries out humanized design and sustainable design, meets the needs of residents at different levels according to local conditions, and creates an ecological and natural environment. To provide convenient services for the surrounding residents, people-oriented, and optimize the living environment. After summing up and analyzing the development process and present situation of landscape planning and design of residential park, this paper points out its importance and problems, and sums up reasonable improvement methods. Under the guidance of the general design concept, this paper explains the key points from the integration of landscape space to the design of specific landscape elements. First, with regard to the treatment of the site, we should use the existing sites to create ups and downs of microtopography, such as book hills, Rain Water gardens, and so on, to enrich the landscape levels; to form drainage slopes, to collect Rain Water, and to filter Rain Water through plants and soils. Reducing surface runoff, collecting Rain Water naturally seeps into the ground, replenishing groundwater sources. Second, in plant selection, the main selection is local tree species, reasonable introduction, enrichment of plant landscape, improvement of green space rate, prominence of plant purification of air, regulation of climate, abating the role of noise, and attracting small animals through environmental improvement. Thus increasing biodiversity. Thirdly, in terms of functionality, children's activity areas should be set up, and recreational facilities suitable for children of different ages should be set up to meet the needs of children for activity space; squares and green spaces with different scales should be set up. It is convenient for residents of different age groups around to enjoy recreational activities, and small activity places are set up in the park green space near the surrounding schools to provide suitable rest space for parents waiting for their children to finish school. It also ensures that these spaces are convenient for parents to enter and close to the entrance and exit of the school so that they can receive their children as soon as possible after school.
