雙曲面建筑表皮的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:二十一世紀,隨著中國經(jīng)濟的崛起,各種各樣新穎前衛(wèi)的建筑應(yīng)運而生。近十年來,鐵路機場建設(shè)如火如荼,伴隨著新世紀的建設(shè)大潮,產(chǎn)生了一批大空間、和有創(chuàng)意的交通樞紐建筑,如首都機場、北京南站、上海浦東機場等,這些建筑大多采用大空間設(shè)計,建筑整體線條優(yōu)美,動感,透露著時尚氣息和時代精神。為了實現(xiàn)這些表現(xiàn)力,建筑的表皮通常以復雜曲面體現(xiàn),因此,復雜曲面的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)今的建筑杭州東站大異形柱中得到了大量的運用,其相關(guān)技術(shù)也得到了很大的發(fā)展。 本文的研究對象是新建杭州東站東西立面的超大異形柱的幕墻系統(tǒng)。該異形柱尺寸巨大,曲面復雜,表皮方案選用雙曲面無縫設(shè)計。整體線條舒展流暢,簡潔大氣,是杭州東站東西立面最重要的景觀之一。 本文針對該大異形柱表面曲線的特殊性及結(jié)構(gòu)形式的復雜性,以相關(guān)的建筑規(guī)范、設(shè)計規(guī)范為依據(jù),創(chuàng)造性的提出了該異形柱幕墻系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計方案。同時對其連接系統(tǒng)、骨架系統(tǒng)、表皮系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、制造進行了詳細設(shè)計,并對整個異形柱的各項物理性能進行驗算。最后,對整個系統(tǒng)的安裝施工進行了組織設(shè)計。 本文的結(jié)論和研究方法對于大型復雜曲面建筑表皮的設(shè)計方案的確定和詳細設(shè)計具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:In the twenty - first century , with the rise of China ' s economy , the construction of various kinds of new frontier guards has emerged . In recent ten years , the construction of railway airports has been in full swing , with the construction of the new century , the construction of the complex curved surface is usually embodied by complex curved surfaces . Therefore , the structure system of complex curved surface has been widely used in the large special - shaped column of the East Station of Hangzhou East Station , and the related technology has also been greatly developed .
The research object of this paper is the curtain wall system of super - large special - shaped column of east - west elevation of Hangzhou East Station . The special - shaped column is large in size and complex in curved surface , and adopts double curved surface seamless design . The whole line is smooth and compact , and it is one of the most important landscapes in Hangzhou East Station .
In view of the particularity of the surface curve of this special - shaped column and the complexity of its structure , the overall design of the special - shaped column curtain wall system is proposed based on the relevant building codes and design specifications . At the same time , the structure and manufacture of its connecting system , skeleton system and skin system are designed in detail , and the physical properties of the whole special - shaped column are checked . Finally , the installation and construction of the whole system are designed .
The conclusions and research methods of this paper are of reference value to the design of large complex curved surface building skin .
