【摘要】：居住小區(qū)入口空間是人們接觸居住空間的起點(diǎn),是居中空間景觀的序曲和精華,硬質(zhì)景觀的設(shè)計(jì)又是入口空間的重要支撐。具有不可忽視的功能意義,硬質(zhì)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的好壞也直接決定了人們對(duì)一個(gè)居住小區(qū)的總體印象。居住區(qū)入口空間的初印象來(lái)自居住區(qū)入口的硬質(zhì)景觀設(shè)計(jì),如何將主入口區(qū)硬質(zhì)景觀快速分類,進(jìn)行快速設(shè)計(jì),做到既能節(jié)約經(jīng)濟(jì)成本又能保證景觀品質(zhì)是本文尋求解決的問(wèn)題。以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),引入模塊化景觀設(shè)計(jì)的理論和概念進(jìn)行深入研究。本文立足廣州市的地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng),嘗試將模塊化景觀設(shè)計(jì)手法引入到居住小區(qū)主入口硬質(zhì)景觀的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中來(lái)。列舉入口區(qū)硬質(zhì)景觀中各個(gè)模塊元素的單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)手法,尋求其中的共性制定設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)為打破模塊化設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)的單一性,以廣州市主流風(fēng)格為基礎(chǔ)尋求風(fēng)格多樣化的設(shè)計(jì)。并將各個(gè)模塊元素進(jìn)行有機(jī)組合,應(yīng)用疊加法、刪減法、求同存異法等方法使模塊能夠快速拼接,達(dá)到既定目標(biāo)。最后,本文以廣州從化區(qū)“逸泉映翠”小區(qū)及花都區(qū)“逸泉韻翠”小區(qū)作為主要實(shí)踐案例進(jìn)行深入研究,運(yùn)用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理論設(shè)計(jì)主入口硬質(zhì)景觀。并提出在模塊化景觀設(shè)計(jì)中所存在和亟待解決的問(wèn)題,并提出自己的解決建議,為下一步的理論和實(shí)踐研究提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The entrance space of residential district is the starting point of people's contact with living space, the prelude and essence of the middle space landscape, and the design of rigid landscape is the important support of entrance space. It has the function meaning which can not be ignored, and the quality of the hard landscape design directly determines the overall impression of a residential district. The initial impression of the entrance space of residential area comes from the rigid landscape design of the entrance of residential area. How to quickly classify and design the hard landscape of the main entrance area, It is the problem that this article seeks to solve that can not only economize the cost but also guarantee the landscape quality. Based on this, the theory and concept of modular landscape design are introduced. Based on the real estate market in Guangzhou, this paper attempts to introduce the modular landscape design method into the planning and design of the rigid landscape at the main entrance of the residential district. Enumerate the individual design methods of each module element in the rigid landscape of the entrance area, and seek for the common character in the design standard. At the same time, in order to break the singularity brought by modular design, Guangzhou mainstream style is the basis of the diversified design style. And the elements of each module are combined organically, and the methods of superposition, deletion, seeking common ground and reserving differences are used to make the modules join quickly and reach the established goal. Finally, this paper takes "Yi Quan Ying Cui" district of Guangzhou Conghua District and Huadu District "Yi Quan Yun Cui" district as the main practice case to carry on the thorough research, designs the main entrance hard landscape by the modular design theory. The problems existing in the modular landscape design and the problems to be solved are put forward, and some suggestions are put forward to provide the basis for the further theoretical and practical research.
