【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的層次和人民的生活水平都有了顯著的提高,“硬件”升級(jí)的同時(shí)便對(duì)“軟件”也提出了更高的要求,城市的人居環(huán)境和生態(tài)環(huán)境愈發(fā)引起人們的重視。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)都是以犧牲自然環(huán)境為代價(jià),社會(huì)得到了發(fā)展,城市規(guī)模得以擴(kuò)大,而不可或缺的綠色地帶卻在銳減,亟待維護(hù)�；诳沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展理論上的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀指導(dǎo)我們必須重視軟環(huán)境,精神文明建設(shè)和物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)兩手都要抓。如今“綠色”園林環(huán)境的營(yíng)造在城市建設(shè)中占據(jù)了至關(guān)重要的位置,其作用也不可小覷,優(yōu)質(zhì)的園林環(huán)境能給我們提供健康的呼吸環(huán)境和優(yōu)美的視覺(jué)享受,使人與自然和諧發(fā)展,它也直接反映一個(gè)地方的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展綜合水平和人民生活質(zhì)量,并逐漸演變成一個(gè)評(píng)估指標(biāo)。過(guò)去的一些年,園林綠化系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃多側(cè)重于服務(wù)城市建設(shè),缺乏以大局思維方式協(xié)調(diào)城市建設(shè)與綠化建設(shè)、人與自然的關(guān)系。在海西建設(shè)大發(fā)展的大背景下,園林綠化規(guī)劃需要立足本土,用長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略眼光構(gòu)建綠地空間結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)、利用并且創(chuàng)造新的景觀形態(tài)和綠地載體。本文的研究以國(guó)內(nèi)園林綠化規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為參考依據(jù),基于城市綠化相關(guān)規(guī)范體系和理論,對(duì)園林綠化建設(shè)相關(guān)概念作出界定,為研究做好理論支撐。本文對(duì)福鼎市城區(qū)園林綠化情況實(shí)地調(diào)查分析,重點(diǎn)從多方角度分析了福鼎市園林景觀綠化現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)越條件及缺陷,將綠地各類(lèi)型科學(xué)合理分類(lèi)分析,結(jié)合城市人群需求、自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)發(fā)展特征研究,以便論題的展開(kāi)。并進(jìn)一步探討綠地規(guī)劃中的定位、目標(biāo)、結(jié)構(gòu)布局、指標(biāo)等等,嘗試通過(guò)結(jié)合理論與實(shí)踐,深入該市各主要園林區(qū)域統(tǒng)計(jì)綠化數(shù)據(jù),從城市總體規(guī)劃、軟景綠化美化、市民需求到硬質(zhì)景觀配套幾大關(guān)鍵方面,對(duì)該市城市園林綠化現(xiàn)狀做出務(wù)實(shí)評(píng)價(jià),由此對(duì)遠(yuǎn)景規(guī)劃提出可行性建議,歸納出符合該市城市建設(shè)整體功能布局和促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)平衡的“五大原則依據(jù)和一個(gè)理念”依據(jù),服務(wù)今后的園林規(guī)劃發(fā)展,旨在為該城市的建設(shè)騰飛發(fā)展提供相關(guān)的理論參考與實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the prosperous development of socialist construction in our country, the level of economy and society and the living standard of the people have been greatly improved. At the same time, the upgrading of "hardware" has also put forward higher requirements for "software". People pay more and more attention to urban human settlements and ecological environment. For a long time, the process of urbanization has been promoted at the expense of the natural environment, the society has been developed, the scale of the city has been expanded, and the indispensable green zone has been reduced sharply, which is in urgent need of maintenance. Based on the scientific development view of sustainable development theory, we must pay attention to soft environment, both spiritual civilization construction and material civilization construction. Nowadays, the construction of "green" garden environment occupies a crucial position in the urban construction, and its role can not be underestimated. The high-quality garden environment can provide us with healthy breathing environment and beautiful visual enjoyment. The harmonious development of man and nature reflects directly the comprehensive level of economic and social development and the quality of life of the people in a place and gradually evolves into an evaluation index. In the past few years, the planning of garden greening system has focused on serving the urban construction, lacking of coordinating urban construction and greening construction with the overall situation thinking mode, and the relationship between man and nature. Under the background of the great development of Hercynian construction, the landscape planning needs to base itself on the native land, construct the green space structure with the long-term strategic vision, discover, utilize and create new landscape form and green space carrier. The research of this paper is based on the standard of domestic garden greening, and based on the system and theory of urban greening, the related concepts of landscape construction are defined, and the theoretical support is made for the study. In this paper, the situation of urban garden greening in Fuding City is investigated and analyzed, and the present situation, superior conditions and defects of landscape greening in Fuding City are analyzed from various angles, and all types of green space are scientifically and reasonably classified and analyzed, which are combined with the needs of urban people. The natural environment, the social development characteristic research, in order to the topic unfolds. And further discusses the positioning, goal, structure layout, index and so on in the green space planning, attempts through the combination of the theory and the practice, goes deep into the city main garden area statistics afforesting data, from the city master plan, the soft landscape greening beautifies, In order to make a practical evaluation of the present situation of urban landscape greening in the city, the citizen needs several key aspects of supporting the hard landscape, and thus puts forward some feasible suggestions for the long-term planning. The "five principle basis and one idea" basis, which accord with the overall functional layout of the city's urban construction and promote the balance of the urban ecosystem, are summed up to serve the future landscape planning and development. The aim is to provide relevant theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction and development of the city.
