【摘要】:伴隨我國房屋建設(shè)和住房商品化的興起,人口繁多土地稀缺的情況日趨惡化,面對城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展和市場需求的不斷擴(kuò)大,高層商住樓發(fā)展十分迅速,逐漸成為市場開發(fā)的趨勢和人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。全面系統(tǒng)的了解和分析高層商住樓建筑外環(huán)境的類型、特點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)原則和發(fā)展方向等,將有利于指導(dǎo)今后高層商住樓建筑外環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)及建設(shè)。并且哈爾濱氣候條件獨(dú)特,具有典型寒地代表性,關(guān)于哈爾濱市高層商住樓外環(huán)境的研究將提升哈爾濱市高層商住樓外環(huán)境的質(zhì)量,提升城市整體形象。本文以哈爾濱市高層商住樓外環(huán)境為研究對象,對高層商住樓外環(huán)境的概念、類型、使用人群、構(gòu)成要素以及影響要素進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),通過實(shí)例調(diào)查分析,結(jié)合外環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論,提出哈爾濱市高層商住樓外環(huán)境的發(fā)展趨勢和設(shè)計(jì)原則,并從外環(huán)境構(gòu)成要素方面進(jìn)一步探討和分析設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜合法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法和歸納分析法。通過對高層商住樓建筑及其外環(huán)境相關(guān)資料的查閱和整理,形成理論基礎(chǔ);其次通過對哈爾濱市新八區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的高層商住樓外環(huán)境的一般調(diào)研,并根據(jù)高層商住樓外環(huán)境類型選取具有代表性的實(shí)例進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)調(diào)查,歸納整理現(xiàn)狀實(shí)例的普遍特征和依然存在問題:根據(jù)前期的理論和實(shí)踐,結(jié)合有針對性的建筑環(huán)境心理學(xué)理論、環(huán)境行為學(xué)理論、場所精神理論、景觀美學(xué)以及景觀生態(tài)學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,輔以對高層商住樓的發(fā)展模式具有指導(dǎo)意義的日本六本木新城案例以及北京三里屯SOHO案例,針對哈爾濱市高層商住樓外環(huán)境現(xiàn)存問題,提出注重地域文化特征、合理劃分商住空間、打造多層次立體交通的整體設(shè)計(jì)原則,進(jìn)一步提出平面設(shè)計(jì)和空間設(shè)計(jì)上的總體設(shè)計(jì)方法和在外環(huán)境構(gòu)成要素三方面的具體要求。最后本文通過案例設(shè)計(jì)對理論的提出進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,從項(xiàng)目選址、發(fā)展趨勢、市場需求多方面分析,確定項(xiàng)目類型,在注重與城市環(huán)境融合的原則下,從平面設(shè)計(jì)和空間設(shè)計(jì)兩方面進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì),從構(gòu)成要素方面進(jìn)行要素設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)方案商住功能的合理劃分特色,突出功能特點(diǎn)、使用人群鮮明的開放空間,力圖為今后哈爾濱市高層商住樓外環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)展趨勢起到指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rise of housing construction and housing commercialization in our country, the scarcity of land in various population is worsening day by day. In the face of the rapid development of urban construction and the expanding market demand, high-rise commercial and residential buildings are developing very rapidly. Gradually become the trend of market development and the focus of attention. A comprehensive and systematic understanding and analysis of the types, characteristics, design principles and development direction of the outer environment of high-rise commercial and residential buildings will be helpful to guide the design and construction of the outer environment of high-rise commercial and residential buildings in the future. Harbin has unique climate conditions and typical cold representative. The study on the outer environment of high-level commercial and residential buildings in Harbin will improve the quality of the outer environment of high-level commercial and residential buildings in Harbin and enhance the overall image of the city. Taking the outer environment of high-rise commercial and residential buildings in Harbin as the research object, this paper analyzes and summarizes the concept, types, use groups, constituent elements and influence factors of the outer environment of high-rise commercial and residential buildings. Based on the theory of external environment design, this paper puts forward the development trend and design principles of the outer environment of high-rise commercial and residential buildings in Harbin, and further discusses and analyzes the design method from the aspects of the elements of external environment. This article uses the literature synthesis method, the field investigation method and the inductive analysis method. Through the reference and arrangement of the related information on high-rise commercial and residential buildings and their external environment, the theoretical basis is formed. Secondly, through the general investigation of the outer environment of high-rise commercial and residential buildings within the scope of the new eight districts of Harbin, And select representative examples according to the types of environment outside high-rise commercial and residential buildings to carry on the key investigation, sum up the general characteristics of the current cases and still exist problems: according to the previous theory and practice, Combined with the relevant theories of architectural environment psychology, environmental behavior theory, place spirit theory, landscape aesthetics and landscape ecology, etc. Supplemented by the Liupengxin City case of Japan and the Soho case of Beijing Sanlitun, which is of guiding significance to the development model of high-rise commercial and residential buildings, the paper puts forward a focus on regional cultural characteristics in view of the existing problems in the outer environment of high-level commercial and residential buildings in Harbin. Reasonable division of commercial and residential space, the overall design principles of multi-level three-dimensional traffic, and further put forward the overall design method of plane design and space design and the specific requirements of the three aspects of the external environment elements. Finally, this paper verifies the theory through the case design, analyzes the project location, development trend, market demand, determines the project type, under the principle of paying attention to the integration with the urban environment. Carrying on the overall design from the plane design and the space design, carrying on the element design from the component element aspect, emphasizing the reasonable division characteristic of the commercial and residential function of the scheme, highlighting the function characteristic, using the clear open space of the crowd, This paper tries to play a guiding role in the design and development of the outer environment of high-rise commercial and residential buildings in Harbin.
