【摘要】:本研究旨在探討上海市中小學(xué)音樂教師的工作現(xiàn)狀及反饋,及不同背景變項下的音樂教師工作現(xiàn)狀與反饋的差異比較。主要的研究焦點包括:1.工作現(xiàn)狀;2.工作感受;3.工作投入。本研究采用調(diào)查研究法,以上海市中小學(xué)音樂教師為母體,采便利取樣,共選取上海市7個區(qū),131名中小學(xué)音樂教師為樣本。研究工具采用自編問卷《音樂教師工作狀況調(diào)查問卷》和張軼文,甘怡群于2005引入Schaufeli等編制的Utrecht工作投入量表(UWES)《工作投入量表》。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)以描述性統(tǒng)計、t檢驗和one way ANOVA進行分析討論。調(diào)查結(jié)果如下:一、現(xiàn)狀1.上海市中小學(xué)音樂教師工作強度較重;繼續(xù)教育以技能培訓(xùn)為主,教師們期望能多參與藝術(shù)類培訓(xùn)。2.多數(shù)學(xué)校能提供良好的工作環(huán)境,研究樣本的反饋也顯示好的工作環(huán)境是教師在其學(xué)校工作的主要因素。3.教師從業(yè)的主要原因是對教育事業(yè)的熱愛;職業(yè)發(fā)展、家庭因素和交通問題是影響教師產(chǎn)生離職想法的三個主要因素;音樂教師有校外兼職的人數(shù)比例約為20%。4.不同區(qū)域的教師在“參與市級比賽獲獎”上有顯著差異;不同教齡的教師在校外兼職和公開課次數(shù)上有顯著差異。二、反饋情況1.工作感受方面,上海市中小學(xué)音樂教師的工作感受一般,其中教師的教學(xué)感受最滿意。不同區(qū)域的教師在工作感受上無顯著差異:但不同教齡的音樂教師在工作強度和待遇上有顯著性差異,其中教齡21-30年教師工作強度最重且待遇感受最不滿意;在進修感受和人際感受上差異顯著,11-15年教齡的教師進修感受和人際感受最滿意。2.工作投入方面,上海市中小學(xué)音樂教師工作投入水平良好,其中教師的奉獻程度最高。不同區(qū)域的教師在工作投入上無顯著差異;但不同教齡的教師,工作投入和其工作投入的活力和奉獻度均有顯著性差異,其中教齡在5年以下的教師,其工作投入水平最高。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the present situation and feedback of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, and to compare the differences between the work status and feedback of music teachers under different background variables. The main research focus is: 1: 1. The present situation of work is 2. The feeling of work is 3. Work devotion. In this study, 131 primary and middle school music teachers in 7 districts of Shanghai were selected as samples, using primary and middle school music teachers as mother body and convenience sampling. The research tools were self-designed questionnaire "questionnaire on the work status of Music Teachers" and Zhang Yiwen. Gan Yi-qun introduced the Utrecht work engagement scale developed by Schaufeli in 2005. The survey data were analyzed by descriptive statistical t test and one way ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1. Music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai work more intensively, continuing education is mainly based on skills training, teachers expect to participate in art training. 2. Most schools can provide a good working environment, and feedback from the study sample also shows that a good working environment is the main factor for teachers to work in their schools. The main reason for teachers' employment is the love of education; career development, family factors and transportation problems are the three main factors that affect teachers' idea of leaving their jobs; the proportion of music teachers who have part-time jobs outside school is about 20.4%. Teachers from different regions have significant differences in "participating in municipal competitions", and teachers of different teaching years have significant differences in the number of part-time and open classes outside school. Second, feedback 1. In terms of work experience, the music teachers in Shanghai are generally satisfied with their teaching experience. There is no significant difference in job experience among teachers in different regions: however, there are significant differences in work intensity and treatment among music teachers of different teaching years, among which teachers with 21-30 years of teaching age are the most intense and the most dissatisfied with their feelings of treatment; There were significant differences in learning experience and interpersonal feeling between 11 and 15 years of teaching. The teachers' learning experience and interpersonal feeling were the most satisfactory. 2. In terms of work involvement, Shanghai's primary and middle school music teachers have a good level of work involvement, among which teachers have the highest level of dedication. There was no significant difference in work engagement among teachers in different regions, but there were significant differences between teachers of different teaching years in terms of work engagement and the vitality and dedication of work engagement. Among them, teachers with less than 5 years of teaching age had the highest level of work engagement.
