【摘要】：目前中國對養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的研究,主要針對建筑和室內(nèi)環(huán)境,而對建筑外部的景觀環(huán)境研究相對比較少。養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)使用的主要人群是老年人這個特殊的群體,這也決定了養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)內(nèi)的室外景觀區(qū)域是使用率最高的戶外空間,景觀不單單是起到觀賞性作用,在其中融入康復(fù)的理念將對老年人的身心起到很大的作用,所以對養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計展開研究具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)、社會和實(shí)踐的意義。本文依據(jù)當(dāng)今社會老齡化的趨勢,首先明確養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)康復(fù)景觀的概念,特點(diǎn)、設(shè)計原則和設(shè)計要素,分析養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)中康復(fù)景觀的構(gòu)建,根據(jù)老年人的行為特點(diǎn),分析適合老年人使用的康復(fù)景觀活動空間。從設(shè)計理念和實(shí)踐層面將養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的景觀和康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計相結(jié)合并進(jìn)行分析。堅持以人為本,總結(jié)出一套符合養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)康復(fù)景觀設(shè)計的基本設(shè)計方法,切實(shí)做到為老年人健康著想,提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on endowment real estate in China is mainly focused on architecture and indoor environment, but relatively few on the external landscape environment. The main population of old-age real estate use is the elderly, which also determines that the outdoor landscape area in pension property is the most used outdoor space, the landscape is not only play an ornamental role. In which the concept of rehabilitation will play a great role in the body and mind of the elderly, so it is of great academic, social and practical significance to study the rehabilitation landscape design of the old-age real estate. According to the trend of aging society, this paper firstly defines the concept, characteristics, design principles and design elements of rehabilitation landscape of pension real estate, analyzes the construction of rehabilitation landscape in old-age real estate, according to the behavior characteristics of the elderly. The rehabilitation landscape activity space suitable for the elderly was analyzed. The landscape design and rehabilitation landscape design of endowment estate are combined and analyzed from the design concept and practice. Adhere to the people-oriented, sum up a set of basic design methods in accordance with the rehabilitation landscape design of old-age real estate, do for the health of the elderly, improve the quality of life of the elderly.
