【摘要】：在我國過去幾十年的快速城市化進程中,新區(qū)的開發(fā)以及其中心區(qū)建設是我國城市發(fā)展的主要方式�？v觀我國的中心區(qū)建設以及規(guī)劃設計實踐,不難發(fā)現在眾多的中心區(qū)中都存在著一個共同的要素——綠色空間,而且絕大多數的綠色空間都占據著中心區(qū)的核心位置�？梢钥闯鼍G色空間已經是中心區(qū)構建中的重要和關鍵要素。但就對中心區(qū)綠色空間的規(guī)劃設計研究情況來看,鮮有研究從整體層面出發(fā),對當今我國城市中心區(qū)綠色空間的規(guī)劃設計的規(guī)律、手法做出總結和探討。因此,本文以中心區(qū)綠色空間的規(guī)劃設計作為研究對象,梳理綠色空間在中心區(qū)的演變歷史,分析當前其規(guī)劃設計的普遍規(guī)律,總結設計經驗和建議,并結合實踐創(chuàng)新為此類規(guī)劃設計提供設計思路和實踐經驗。本文的主要內容分為以下五個部分:第一章:主要對研究背景、研究對象及范圍、相關概念解釋、研究目的及意義、研究綜述、研究方法及框架進行了簡明的闡述;第二章:通過對歷史上中西方城市中心區(qū)綠色空間的演變梳理,概括其演變趨勢,并提出當今價值觀下的綠色空間在中心區(qū)規(guī)劃設計中的地位和作用;第三章:以大量中心區(qū)規(guī)劃設計案例為基礎,通過對案例中綠色空間的規(guī)模、形狀、核心構成、位置以及邊界形態(tài)五個方面的設計手法的研究,概括其規(guī)劃設計的主流趨勢及規(guī)律,總結相應的設計經驗,并結合典型案例分析評價提出相應的設計建議以及評價指標;第四章:在上述研究的基礎上,以筆者在研究生學習階段參與的中心區(qū)規(guī)劃設計項目為例,詳細闡述了以綠色空間作為核心要素構建城市中心區(qū)的規(guī)劃設計背景、設計過程及設計成果。同時探討了規(guī)劃設計思想和設計方法上的創(chuàng)新,為相關規(guī)劃設計提出了新的設計思路和參考經驗;最后提出通過本文的研究得到的結論,本身研究的不足之處以及對未來相關研究的展望,作為本文的結論章節(jié)。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization in the past few decades in China, the development of new area and the construction of its central area are the main ways of urban development in our country. In the central area of China and the practice of planning and design, it is not difficult to find that there is a common element in many central areas, green space, and the vast majority of green areas are green. Space occupies the core position of the central area. It can be seen that green space has been an important and key element in the construction of the central area. However, in view of the planning and design of the green space in the central area, there are few studies on the planning and design of the green space in the central area of our country from the overall level. Therefore, this paper takes the planning and design of green space in the central area as the research object, combs the evolution history of the green space in the central area, analyzes the general rule of the current planning and design, summarizes the design experience and suggestions, and provides the design ideas and practical experience for this kind of planning and design with practical innovation. The main contents of this paper are the main contents of this paper. The first chapter is the following five parts: Chapter 1: the main research background, research object and scope, relevant concept interpretation, research purpose and significance, research review, research methods and framework are briefly expounded; the second chapter: through the history of the evolution of green space in the central and western cities of China, summarize the evolution trend, and put forward the current price. The position and function of the green space in central planning and design under the value view; the third chapter, based on a large number of central planning and design cases, through the study of the design techniques of five aspects of the scale, shape, core composition, position and boundary form of the green space in the case, summarize the mainstream trend and rule of the planning and design, and summarize the main trend and rule of the planning and design. The corresponding design experience, combined with typical case analysis and evaluation, put forward the corresponding design proposals and evaluation indexes. The fourth chapter: on the basis of the above research, taking the central planning and design project of the graduate student learning stage as an example, the planning and design of the urban central area with green space as the core element is elaborated in detail. Background, design process and design results. At the same time, it discusses the innovation of planning and design ideas and design methods, and puts forward new design ideas and reference experiences for related planning and design. Finally, it puts forward the conclusions obtained through this study, the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of future related research, as the conclusion chapter of this paper. Festival.
