【摘要】：濕地一直以來都是地球上一種寶貴的生態(tài)循環(huán)機(jī)構(gòu),擁有豐富的多樣性和較高的生產(chǎn)力。而我國(guó)濕地面積及類型都非常大且豐富,但隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化的迅速發(fā)展,我國(guó)濕地長(zhǎng)期遭受嚴(yán)重的破壞,正在面臨著嚴(yán)峻的衰退形勢(shì)。因此,在各地的濕地保護(hù)專家及學(xué)者的倡導(dǎo)下,我國(guó)在加緊濕地自然保護(hù)區(qū)建設(shè)的同時(shí),給予一系列的政策條件,支持地方以恢復(fù)和保護(hù)濕地為目的建設(shè)濕地公園。在我國(guó)濕地公園建設(shè)屬于一個(gè)新興的發(fā)展事物,無論是查找國(guó)內(nèi)還是國(guó)外的相關(guān)資料,其可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和形式少之又少。但是,城市濕地對(duì)于美化環(huán)境、調(diào)節(jié)氣候、災(zāi)害防治、資源儲(chǔ)蓄等有積極的作用,是城市自然環(huán)境及生態(tài)安全的保護(hù)屏障和新興城市文明的象征,因此,更進(jìn)一步的探討及研究我國(guó)濕地公園建設(shè)形式和發(fā)展途徑,防止建設(shè)性錯(cuò)誤導(dǎo)致破壞濕地的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,已成為我國(guó)濕地公園建設(shè)研究中的重中之重。吉林長(zhǎng)白山堿水河國(guó)家濕地公園(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"長(zhǎng)白山濕地公園"),是由國(guó)家林業(yè)局批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)的國(guó)家級(jí)濕地公園,本文以長(zhǎng)白山濕地公園建設(shè)為例,通過通過多方面收集整理資料,分析長(zhǎng)白山濕地公園現(xiàn)狀、資源條件以及自然地理?xiàng)l件來展現(xiàn)濕地公園的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,并且通過戰(zhàn)略分析(SWOT)法分析長(zhǎng)白山濕地公園建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),從而提出合理性建議,有利于國(guó)家濕地公園的發(fā)展建設(shè)。在長(zhǎng)白山濕地公園建設(shè)中,難免會(huì)破壞濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng),如何合理開發(fā)建設(shè)是濕地公園建設(shè)中首要考慮的問題。本研究對(duì)受到生態(tài)破壞的長(zhǎng)白山濕地公園,以建設(shè)濕地花海為主要方式恢復(fù)濕地景觀。并且通過對(duì)長(zhǎng)白山濕地花海的試驗(yàn)性建設(shè)情況的總結(jié)歸納,以及對(duì)全球花海建設(shè)案例的分析,探索出一條適合長(zhǎng)白山地區(qū)花海的發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:Wetland has always been a valuable ecological circulation institution on the earth, with rich diversity and high productivity. However, with the rapid development of social economy and culture, wetland in China has been seriously damaged for a long time and is facing a severe recession. Therefore, under the initiative of local wetland conservation experts and scholars, our country, while stepping up the construction of wetland nature reserve, give a series of policy conditions to support local wetland restoration and protection for the purpose of building wetland park. The construction of wetland parks in China is a new developing thing. There are very few experiences and forms to learn from whether it is to look up the relevant information at home or abroad. However, urban wetlands play a positive role in beautifying the environment, regulating the climate, preventing and controlling disasters, saving resources, and so on. They are the protection barriers of urban natural environment and ecological security and the symbol of emerging urban civilization. It has become the most important task in the study of wetland park construction in China to further explore and study the construction forms and development ways of wetland parks in China to prevent the phenomenon of destroying wetlands caused by constructive mistakes. Jilin Changbai Mountain Alkaline Water River National Wetland Park (hereinafter referred to as Changbai Mountain Wetland Park) is a national wetland park approved by the State Forestry Administration. The present situation of Changbai Mountain Wetland Park, the resource condition and the natural geographical condition are analyzed to show the present situation of the wetland park ecosystem, and the advantages and disadvantages of Changbai Mountain Wetland Park construction are analyzed by the strategic analysis of SWOT method, and the reasonable suggestions are put forward. It is conducive to the development and construction of the National Wetland Park. In the construction of Changbai Mountain Wetland Park, it is inevitable to destroy the wetland ecosystem. In this study, the ecological damage of Changbai Mountain Wetland Park, the main way to restore wetland landscape. And through the summary of the experimental construction of Changbai Mountain Wetland Huanghai and the analysis of the case of the global Huahai construction a development model suitable for the Changbai Mountain area Huahai is explored.
