【摘要】：根據(jù)人口普查數(shù)據(jù),我國(guó)從進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)開(kāi)始就已經(jīng)進(jìn)入人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)老齡化社會(huì)了,而隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展我國(guó)老齡人口的數(shù)量還會(huì)大量增加,近年來(lái),中國(guó)家庭人口結(jié)構(gòu)普遍呈現(xiàn)一對(duì)夫婦要贍養(yǎng)四個(gè)乃至更多老人的局面,傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)老方式已經(jīng)不再適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在的社會(huì)形勢(shì)了。因此越來(lái)越多的家庭將目光轉(zhuǎn)向社會(huì)上的公共養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)。由于受傳統(tǒng)思想束縛,以及社會(huì)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展較為緩慢而且水平不一的條件限制,目前大多數(shù)的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)提供的服務(wù)和環(huán)境不能滿足老年人生理和心理的需求,而半托型養(yǎng)老院不但針對(duì)老年人的身體特征進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)并且從細(xì)節(jié)入手滿足老年人的各項(xiàng)需求。本文從以人為本的角度,以滿足老人生理及心理需求為根本宗旨,研究設(shè)計(jì)更加人性化,更適合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的養(yǎng)老院。通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料,研究、比較了國(guó)內(nèi)外養(yǎng)老院的發(fā)展歷史及其現(xiàn)狀,又通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法獲取了當(dāng)代老年人需求的第一手資料。在充分了解老年人生理特征和心理特征的基礎(chǔ)上,從城市環(huán)境到養(yǎng)老院環(huán)境到建筑環(huán)境,以從大到小的角度,將養(yǎng)老院進(jìn)行整體研究。在養(yǎng)老院建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究中,以人性化設(shè)計(jì)作為理論基礎(chǔ),充分結(jié)合老年人身體模型尺度及生理和心理特點(diǎn),對(duì)老年人居住空間、活動(dòng)空間、休息空間等進(jìn)行針對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)研究;在養(yǎng)老院室外環(huán)境布置上,對(duì)室外活動(dòng)空間,綠化景觀,植物配置等進(jìn)行分別探討;在針對(duì)老人的人性化設(shè)計(jì)、無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行深入探討。借鑒國(guó)外優(yōu)秀的養(yǎng)老經(jīng)驗(yàn),找出國(guó)內(nèi)養(yǎng)老院出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出合理的解決方案。遵循“以人為本”的精神,通過(guò)建設(shè)功能齊全、多樣化的老年居住建筑,體現(xiàn)對(duì)老年人的關(guān)愛(ài),滿足老年人生活和發(fā)展的需求,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)“老有所養(yǎng)”、“老有所樂(lè)”的養(yǎng)老和諧社會(huì)。半托型養(yǎng)老院的設(shè)計(jì)不但能夠完善養(yǎng)老院的理論體系,為以后養(yǎng)老院的設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo),更為以后養(yǎng)老建筑提供參考。
[Abstract]:According to the census data, China has entered an aging society with the age structure of the population since the beginning of the 21st century, but with the development of the society, the number of the elderly population in our country will increase substantially. In recent years, The Chinese family population structure generally presents a couple to support four or more elderly people, the traditional way of providing for the aged is no longer adapted to the current social situation. As a result, more and more families turn their eyes to public pension institutions. Because of the constraints of traditional thinking and the slow and varied development of social pension institutions, the services and environment provided by most pension institutions do not meet the physical and psychological needs of the elderly. The semi-care nursing home not only designs the physical characteristics of the elderly but also meets the needs of the elderly in detail. From the point of view of people-oriented, the basic purpose of this paper is to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly, and to design a more humanized nursing home which is more suitable for the modern society. This paper compares the development history and present situation of nursing home at home and abroad by consulting domestic and foreign literature and materials, and obtains the first-hand data of the needs of the elderly by means of field interview and questionnaire survey. On the basis of fully understanding the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, from the urban environment to the nursing home environment to the architectural environment, in order to from the angle of large to small, the nursing home will be studied as a whole. In the study of the architectural design of nursing home, taking humanized design as the theoretical basis, fully combining the physical model scale and physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, the paper makes a targeted design study on the living space, activity space and rest space of the elderly. In the arrangement of outdoor environment of nursing home, the outdoor activity space, green landscape, plant configuration and so on are discussed, and the humanized design and barrier-free design for the elderly are discussed in depth. Draw lessons from foreign excellent pension experience, find out the domestic nursing home problems, put forward a reasonable solution. Following the spirit of "people-oriented", through the construction of fully functional and diversified residential buildings for the elderly, to embody the care for the elderly, to meet the needs of their lives and development, and finally to realize the "sense of security", A harmonious society for the aged. The design of half-care nursing home can not only perfect the theoretical system of nursing home, provide guidance for the design of nursing home, but also provide reference for future pension building.
