三種園林灌木的抗寒性研究和景觀配置初探

【摘要】:本文通過對金葉榆(Ulmus pumila cv.Jinye)、金葉風(fēng)箱果(Physocarpus opulifolium Llutein)、偃伏株木(Cornus stolonifera Michx.)三種園林植物的生態(tài)習(xí)性、形態(tài)特征,植物顏色、群落特征以及對小區(qū)整體景觀的營造,總結(jié)出這三種園林植物景觀配置的特點。進(jìn)而研究呼和浩特住宅小區(qū)植物配置的多樣性。同時,對這三種園林植物進(jìn)行室外測定法,測定其植物枝莖的相對電導(dǎo)率等生理指標(biāo)。對不同植物的抗寒性進(jìn)行生理學(xué)評價:通過測定植物枝莖的可溶性糖含量與可溶性蛋白的含量,目的是研究滲透物質(zhì)對不同植物在低溫情況下的影響程度;通過測定超氧化物歧化酶,得出金屬酶對植物抗寒性的影響。結(jié)果表明:1.室外試驗測定法,利用自然溫度不斷下降,三種園林灌木的相對電導(dǎo)率、脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白呈現(xiàn)升高趨勢;而SOD呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢。2.人工低溫脅迫法,隨著脅迫時間增加,金葉風(fēng)箱果相對電導(dǎo)率、脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白呈現(xiàn)升高趨勢;而SOD呈先升高后下降。3.同一脅迫時間,隨著溫度不斷下降,金葉風(fēng)箱果相對電導(dǎo)率和可溶性糖呈上升趨勢;丙二醛和可溶性蛋白呈先上升后下降,且分別在-35℃和-30℃達(dá)到最大。脯氨酸和SOD呈先上升后下降再上升再下降趨勢,圖中表示為“S”曲線,但是整體均高于對比試驗值。4.三種園林植物耐修剪,色彩多種多樣,廣泛應(yīng)用于綠籬、色塊、色帶、造型,’是喬、灌皆宜的彩葉樹種,適合用于營造景觀生態(tài)綠化中。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Ulmus pumila cv. Jinyea, Physocarpus opulifolium Llutein, Cornus stolonifera Michx. were studied. The ecological habits, morphological characteristics, plant color, community characteristics and the overall landscape construction of the three garden plants were summarized. Then the diversity of plant configuration in Hohhot residential district was studied. At the same time, the three kinds of garden plants were measured by outdoor method, and the physiological indexes such as relative electrical conductivity of their branches and stems were measured. The physiological evaluation of cold resistance of different plants was carried out. By measuring the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in branches and stems of plants, the purpose of this study was to study the influence of osmotic substances on different plants at low temperature. By measuring superoxide dismutase (SOD), the effect of metalloenzyme on plant cold resistance was obtained. The result shows that 1: 1. In outdoor test, the relative conductivity, proline, malondialdehyde, soluble sugar and soluble protein of three garden shrubs showed an increasing trend, while SOD showed a decreasing trend. Under artificial low temperature stress, the relative conductivity, proline, malondialdehyde, soluble sugar and soluble protein increased with the increase of stress time, while SOD increased first and then decreased. At the same stress time, the relative electrical conductivity and soluble sugar increased with the decrease of temperature, while malondialdehyde and soluble protein increased first and then decreased, and reached the maximum at -35 鈩,
