城市文化建筑出入口空間環(huán)境無障礙設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:作為城市環(huán)境的重要組成部分的城市公共建筑,在無障礙建設(shè)方面是否完善是衡量一個城市文明程度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,直接影響到城市公共生活品質(zhì)。隨著社會文明程度提升、殘疾人事業(yè)的發(fā)展以及人口老齡化程度加劇,各類殘障者、老年人、孕婦等行動弱勢群體越來越渴望公平參與社會活動。但目前多數(shù)城市公共建筑的無障礙建設(shè)在普及度、規(guī)范性等方面的不足,限制了他們共享城市環(huán)境的自由。因此,針對城市公共建筑空間環(huán)境的無障礙設(shè)計研究具有積極的實用價值。公共建筑的出入口空間環(huán)境是銜接城市環(huán)境與建筑內(nèi)部空間的重要節(jié)點,是決定各類人群是否能順利進(jìn)入建筑內(nèi)部的第一道屏障。本論文以極具有代表性的文化建筑出入口空間環(huán)境為研究對象,梳理了無障礙環(huán)境需求者的行動尺寸、行動障礙,據(jù)此提出其通行需求;通過實地調(diào)查研究,厘清城市文化建筑出入口空間環(huán)境無障礙現(xiàn)狀存在的問題,如:人行道與建筑基地銜接存在障礙、緣石坡道鋪設(shè)不規(guī)范、通行空間內(nèi)高差處理不當(dāng)、盲道鋪設(shè)不規(guī)范、缺乏相關(guān)標(biāo)識等;提煉出國內(nèi)外典型案例中出入口空間環(huán)境無障礙設(shè)計典型做法,如:交通站點至建筑基地?zé)o障礙化銜接、合理設(shè)置無障礙電梯、盲道鋪設(shè)規(guī)范且實用、合理設(shè)置視障導(dǎo)引設(shè)施。最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上嘗試從文化建筑出入口空間環(huán)境的以下空間序列:公共交通站點與城市道路銜接空間、人行道環(huán)境、人行道至建筑基地銜接空間、停車場及其至建筑基地銜接空間、建筑出入口、玄關(guān)至門廳區(qū)域探索提出城市文化建筑出入口空間環(huán)境的無障礙設(shè)計策略。筆者期望研究成果能給城市文化建筑出入口空間環(huán)境無障礙設(shè)計帶來一定的啟示和借鑒,促進(jìn)城市公共空間環(huán)境品質(zhì)的提升,保障殘障者公平參與社會活動的權(quán)利,助其共享城市公共空間環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the urban environment, whether the urban public building is perfect in barrier-free construction is one of the standards to measure the civilization degree of a city, which directly affects the quality of urban public life. With the improvement of social civilization, the development of the cause of the disabled and the aggravation of the aging population, all kinds of disabled people, the elderly, pregnant women and other action vulnerable groups are more and more eager to participate in social activities equitably. However, at present, the lack of accessibility and standardization of most urban public buildings limits their freedom to share the urban environment. Therefore, the research on accessibility design of urban public building space environment has positive practical value. The entrance and exit space environment of public buildings is an important node to link the urban environment with the inner space of the building. It is the first barrier to determine whether various people can enter the building interior smoothly. This paper takes the most representative entrance and exit space environment of cultural buildings as the research object, combs the movement size and the movement barrier of the people who need the barrier-free environment, and puts forward its traffic demand according to this, through the field investigation research, This paper clarifies the problems existing in the present situation of the accessibility of the entrance and exit space of urban cultural buildings, such as the obstacle of the connection between the sidewalk and the building base, the non-standard paving of the edge stone ramp, the improper handling of the height difference in the passage space, and the non-standard laying of the blind road. Lack of relevant marking; extract the typical methods of accessibility design of entrance and exit space environment in typical cases at home and abroad, such as: traffic station to the building base barrier-free link, reasonable installation of barrier-free elevators, blind road laying code and practical, Reasonably set up the guide facilities for visual impairment. Finally, on this basis, the following spatial sequence of the entrance and exit space environment of cultural buildings is attempted: the public transport station and the urban road link space, the sidewalk environment, the sidewalk to the building base connection space, Parking lot and the connecting space to the building base, the entrance of the building, the entrance of the building and the area of the entrance and exit of the entrance and exit of the city cultural building are explored. The author hopes that the research results can bring some enlightenment and reference to the design of the entrance and exit space environment of urban cultural buildings, promote the quality of urban public space environment, and guarantee the right of the disabled to participate in social activities fairly.
