【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)村落是我國(guó)歷史文化遺產(chǎn)中不可缺少的一部分,伴隨社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)民生活水準(zhǔn)的不斷提升,我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)村落與村落的固有文化受到了劇烈的沖擊,傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)與發(fā)展急需關(guān)注。村落保護(hù)與發(fā)展的主要內(nèi)容是如何協(xié)調(diào)村落物質(zhì)與非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)同村落發(fā)展面臨的沖突,在保護(hù)的基礎(chǔ)上為村落尋求發(fā)展空間。呂家河村既有悠久的建村歷史,濃厚的道教文化底蘊(yùn),又有紅三軍開辟鄂西北根據(jù)地的紅色光輝歷史,更是漢族民歌的傳承搖籃。呂家河村于2013年入選中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)村落名錄。本文在充分研究了傳統(tǒng)村落的內(nèi)涵以及村落保護(hù)與發(fā)展的關(guān)系和內(nèi)容,經(jīng)過實(shí)地調(diào)研,對(duì)呂家河村的村落特點(diǎn)及特色價(jià)值的分析研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出適宜呂家河村保護(hù)與發(fā)展的規(guī)劃策略,希望為呂家河村的保護(hù)與發(fā)展提供實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)為荊楚地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)山地聚落的保護(hù)與發(fā)展提供借鑒。全文第一部分緒論提出課題研究的背景、目的、意義等,并對(duì)傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)與發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究。第二部分主要介紹了傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)與發(fā)展的理論部分,為呂家河村的保護(hù)與發(fā)展提供理論支持。第三部分主要是呂家河村保護(hù)與發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究的前期調(diào)研。通過案例分析,提出適宜呂家河村保護(hù)與發(fā)展規(guī)劃的原則、方法、理念,發(fā)展模式。通過分析呂家河村的村落特征與價(jià)值特色,為保護(hù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供有力基礎(chǔ)。第四部分論述呂家河村以整體的、協(xié)調(diào)的、參與式保護(hù)以及保護(hù)優(yōu)先、適度開發(fā)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念作為指導(dǎo),因地制宜的提出村落的保護(hù)與發(fā)展的方案與措施,對(duì)呂家河村的發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行研究分析,對(duì)村落的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行規(guī)劃和研究;第五部分以呂家河村落的傳統(tǒng)建筑保護(hù)與更新及村落村居環(huán)境的改善為主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究;第六部分為結(jié)論,對(duì)呂家河村保護(hù)與發(fā)展的規(guī)劃成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)與發(fā)展的結(jié)合與平衡進(jìn)行思考,對(duì)文章的不足之處進(jìn)行總結(jié)。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)集中在對(duì)呂家河村這一類傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)方式分析與發(fā)展模式總結(jié),在村落保護(hù)方面,提出“村民參與式”保護(hù)理念,在村落發(fā)展方面,針對(duì)呂家河村的現(xiàn)狀問題,“因地制宜”地提出政府主導(dǎo),村民參與,企業(yè)支持,社會(huì)推廣的保護(hù)與發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)模式,以保護(hù)為前提,確保呂家河村的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Traditional villages are an indispensable part of our country's historical and cultural heritage. With the continuous development of the society and the continuous improvement of the standard of living of the people, the traditional villages and the inherent culture of the villages in our country have been severely impacted. The protection and development of traditional villages are in urgent need of attention. The main content of village protection and development is how to coordinate the conflict between the protection of the village material and intangible cultural heritage and the development of the village, and seek the development space for the village on the basis of protection. Lujiahe Village has a long history of building a village, a strong Taoist culture, and a brilliant red history of the Red three Army opening up the base area of Northwest Hubei, which is also the cradle of Han folk songs. Lujiahe Village was selected into the list of Chinese traditional villages in 2013. In this paper, the connotation of the traditional village, the relationship and content of village protection and development, and the characteristics and characteristics of Lujiahe village are analyzed and studied through the field investigation and research on the basis of the research on the connotation of the traditional village and the relationship and content between the protection and development of the village. The planning strategy suitable for the protection and development of Lujiahe village is put forward in this paper. It is hoped that it will provide a practical basis for the protection and development of Lujiahe village and provide reference for the protection and development of the traditional mountain settlement in Jingchu area. In the first part of the thesis, the background, purpose and significance of the research are put forward, and the present situation of the protection and development of traditional villages at home and abroad is studied. The second part mainly introduces the theory of protection and development of traditional villages, which provides theoretical support for the protection and development of Lujiahe village. The third part is the preliminary research on the protection and development planning of Lujiahe Village. Through case analysis, this paper puts forward the principles, methods, concepts and development models for the protection and development planning of Lujiahe Village. By analyzing the village characteristics and value characteristics of Lujiahe Village, this paper provides a strong foundation for protection and development planning. The fourth part discusses the whole, coordinated, participatory protection and the concept of sustainable development, which gives priority to protection and moderate development, and puts forward the plan and measures of village protection and development according to local conditions. The fifth part focuses on the protection and renewal of the traditional architecture of Lujiahe village and the improvement of the village environment. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the planning results of the protection and development of Lujiahe village, considers the combination and balance of the protection and development of the traditional villages, and summarizes the shortcomings of the article. The innovation of this paper is focused on the analysis of the protection mode and the summary of the development mode of the traditional village of Lujiahe village. In the aspect of village protection, the concept of "villagers participating" protection is put forward, and the village development. In view of the present situation of Lujiahe village, the coordinated mode of government leading, villager participation, enterprise support and social promotion should be put forward to ensure the sustainable development of Lujiahe village on the premise of protection.
