【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程不斷加速,交通壓力、聲光污染等問題不斷制約城市發(fā)展,城市居住建筑用地面積日趨緊張,人多地少這一問題變得尤為突出,人與自然和諧相處的愿望與日俱增�；谄降亟ㄖ捎玫夭粩鄿p少的現(xiàn)狀,作為城市邊緣的山地區(qū)域逐漸成為現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃的重要組成部分。山地居住區(qū)以其優(yōu)越的生態(tài)環(huán)境和自然親和力備受關(guān)注,其獨特舒適的居住體驗也使其備受居民青睞。北方地區(qū)的山地居住區(qū)方興未艾,但因其在實際建設(shè)過程中缺乏系統(tǒng)的、科學(xué)的理論支持,只是將平原城市居住區(qū)的建設(shè)模式簡單照搬在山地居住區(qū)的設(shè)計中,從而導(dǎo)致山地居住區(qū)存在著原始生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞嚴(yán)重、景觀特色缺乏、功能多樣化得不到滿足等諸多問題,在一定程度上影響了廣大居民的生活質(zhì)量,同時也失去了該城市獨特的地域風(fēng)貌。本文通過對張家口地區(qū)的山地居住區(qū)的實地調(diào)研和考察,找出影響山地居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計的因素以及設(shè)計中存在的問題,針對其中亟待解決的問題提出一些具體做法,希望能為今后山地居住區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計實踐提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, traffic pressure, acoustic-light pollution and other problems continue to restrict urban development, the area of urban residential building land is becoming increasingly tense, and the problem of more people and less land has become particularly prominent. The desire of man to live in harmony with nature grows day by day. Based on the decreasing of the level land, the mountainous area, which is the edge of the city, has gradually become an important part of the modern urban planning. The mountainous residential area has attracted much attention for its superior ecological environment and natural affinity, and its unique and comfortable living experience makes it popular with the residents. The mountainous residential areas in the north are in the ascendant, but due to the lack of systematic and scientific theoretical support in the actual construction process, the construction mode of the urban residential areas in the plain is simply copied in the design of the mountainous residential areas. As a result, there are many problems in the mountainous residential areas, such as serious destruction of the original ecological environment, lack of landscape characteristics, unsatisfied functions, and so on, which to some extent affect the quality of life of the vast number of residents. At the same time, it also lost the unique regional style of the city. Based on the field investigation and investigation of mountainous residential area in Zhangjiakou area, this paper finds out the factors that affect the landscape design of mountainous residential area and the problems existing in the design, and puts forward some concrete measures to solve the problems that need to be solved. Hope to provide some reference for the landscape design practice of mountain residential areas in the future.
