【摘要】：面塑藝術(shù)是用面粉、米粉為原料,以手工為主,輔以少量手工工具捏塑各種造型的一種民間手工藝術(shù)。我國的民間面塑藝術(shù)內(nèi)容豐富、樣式多樣、歷史久遠,主要分布在黃河流域的山東、山西、河南、甘肅、陜西等地,是各地勞動人民在長期生產(chǎn)生活中創(chuàng)造而成的一種民間藝術(shù)形式。在膠東牟平地區(qū),面塑又稱為"花餑餑"。它是一種既能觀賞又能食用的民間藝術(shù)品,因其樸素的材料、豐富的表現(xiàn)形式和濃厚的文化內(nèi)涵而深受當?shù)厝说南矏�。本文以膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)為研究對象,在田野調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)上運用理論與實際相結(jié)合的方法,筆者總結(jié)了膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)的主要表現(xiàn)形式和特點,分析了其在膠東牟平民俗文化活動中扮演的角色和起到的重要作用,進一步指出在當下膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)發(fā)展的意義與價值,并試圖能為膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)的保護、傳承與發(fā)展提供一些有價值的建議和意見。本文共分三個部分。第一部分是論文緒論,就本選題的選題緣由及研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀及目的、研究創(chuàng)新點及研究方法、研究成果及文獻綜述進行闡釋說明。第二部分是論文正文部分,主要是在已有文獻資料的整理、分析和深入對山東省煙臺市牟平地區(qū)各個村鎮(zhèn)田野調(diào)查資料梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)進行整體性研究。第二部分分為四章:第一章主要論述了膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)產(chǎn)生的自然環(huán)境、地理位置、歷史淵源以及人文環(huán)境等;第二章主要論述了膠東牟平花餑餑的題材分類及藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)特點;第三章主要論述了膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)的審美特征,并通過它的審美特征與其他地區(qū)的面塑藝術(shù)進行對比分析;第四章主要論述了膠東牟平花餑餑在民俗文化活動中的社會功用,通過解讀牟平地區(qū)與花餑餑藝術(shù)相關(guān)的一些歲時節(jié)令、人生禮俗等民俗活動,分析其中所蘊含的勞動人民對美好生活的祈愿和對生命的敬畏之情;第五章主要論述了膠東牟平花餑餑的當代變遷與傳承,通過對膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)在當下現(xiàn)代化背景下的解讀,努力探究它的未來生存與發(fā)展之路,探索對膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)保護和傳承的有效途徑。第三部分是論文結(jié)論部分,主要是從整體上總結(jié)全文主旨,得出有關(guān)膠東牟平花餑餑藝術(shù)總結(jié)性結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Noodle art is a kind of folk handicraft art, which uses flour and rice flour as raw materials, mainly by hand, and by a few hand tools. The folk plastic arts in China are rich in content, diverse in style, and have a long history. They are mainly distributed in Shandong, Shanxi, Henan, Gansu, Shaanxi and other places in the Yellow River Basin. It is a form of folk art created by laboring people all over the world in long-term production and life. In Jiaodong Muping area, plastic surface also known as "flower cake." It is a kind of folk art which can be seen and eaten. It is loved by the local people because of its simple materials, rich forms of expression and strong cultural connotations. This paper takes the art of Jiaodong Muping as the object of study, applies the method of combining theory with practice on the basis of field investigation, and summarizes the main forms and characteristics of the art of Jiaodong Muping. This paper analyzes on the role and important role it plays in the folk cultural activities of Jiaodong Muping, and further points out the significance and value of the development of the art of popular flowers in Jiaodong Muping at present, and tries to protect the art of popular flowers in Jiaodong. Inheritance and development provide some valuable advice and advice. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction of this paper, the reason and significance of this topic, research status and purpose, research innovation and research methods, research results and literature review to explain. The second part is the text of the paper, mainly in the existing literature collation, analysis and in-depth investigation of the villages and towns of Yantai City, Shandong Province, on the basis of the field survey materials, the art of Jiaodong Muping flower is a holistic study. The second part is divided into four chapters: the first chapter mainly discusses the natural environment, geographical location, historical origin and human environment of the art of Muping flower in Jiaodong; The second chapter mainly discusses the subject matter classification and the artistic expression characteristic of Jiaodong Muping flower cake, the third chapter mainly discusses the aesthetic characteristics of Jiaodong Muping flower cake art, and through its aesthetic characteristics and other areas of plastic art to carry on the comparative analysis; The fourth chapter mainly discusses the social function of Muping flower cake in folk cultural activities in Jiaodong, through the interpretation of some folklore activities related to the art of flower cake in Muping area, such as the festival of age, the etiquette and custom of life, etc. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the contemporary changes and inheritance of Jiaodong Muping flower cake. Through the interpretation of the art of Jiaodong Muping flower in the background of the present modernization, try to explore its future survival and development, explore the Jiaodong Muping art protection and inheritance of the effective way. The third part is the conclusion of the paper, mainly from the overall summary of the main purpose of the paper, the conclusion about Jiaodong Muping flower art summary.
