【摘要】：在我國高速的城鎮(zhèn)化進程中,許多歷史城鎮(zhèn)的傳統(tǒng)風貌與文化功能被破壞的十分嚴重,漫川關鎮(zhèn)即是其中一例。該鎮(zhèn)具有深厚的人文底蘊與優(yōu)美的自然景觀,但由于當地居民對其價值認識的不足與保護方法的失當,造成其歷史社區(qū)空間環(huán)境功能的破壞與傳統(tǒng)文化的缺失。本題來源于“十二五”國家科技支撐計劃項目——西北地區(qū)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)功能提升技術集成研究與示范,本文基于中國傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)人居環(huán)境營造方法及目前歷史城鎮(zhèn)與街區(qū)的保護方法,以漫川關鎮(zhèn)歷史社區(qū)為研究對象,在深入調查研究的基礎上,綜合運用城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學、建筑學、風景園林學、社會學等多學科綜合的理論與方法,對漫川關鎮(zhèn)歷史社區(qū)的保護價值及現狀問題進行分析,研究其功能優(yōu)化與文化傳承的策略與方法。本文通過對漫川關鎮(zhèn)歷史社區(qū)的歷史演進及現狀情況進行調查與研究,分析其保護價值及現狀問題;其次,針對漫川關鎮(zhèn)歷史社區(qū)空間結構、建筑風貌與環(huán)境景觀三方面的問題,對其歷史社區(qū)進行進一步研究,分析相似案例,提出其的整合策略;再次,分析漫川關鎮(zhèn)歷史社區(qū)文化功能、文化空間與文化傳承的內涵,探討其歷史社區(qū)文化傳承與空間活化的方法;最后,在前述研究的基礎上,開展漫川關鎮(zhèn)歷史社區(qū)功能優(yōu)化與文化傳承的實驗研究,提出鎮(zhèn)中心廣場的改造設計方案。本文通過對漫川關鎮(zhèn)歷史社區(qū)物質空間與非物質文化的研究,提出其功能優(yōu)化與文化傳承的策略,旨在正確處理好歷史社區(qū)保護與發(fā)展間的關系,使其空間特色得以優(yōu)化,歷史價值得以保全,人文內涵得以彰顯。以期推動其人居環(huán)境品質與旅游價值的提升,實現古鎮(zhèn)的全面優(yōu)化與可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。并推廣到這一區(qū)域的同類古鎮(zhèn)之中,為其他古鎮(zhèn)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization in China, the traditional style and cultural function of many historical towns have been destroyed very seriously. Manchuan Guan Town is one of them. The town has deep humanistic background and beautiful natural landscape, but because of the lack of local residents' understanding of its value and the improper protection methods, the destruction of the space environment function of its historical community and the absence of traditional culture are caused. This topic comes from the 12th Five-Year Plan of the National Science and Technology support Program-the northwest region historical and cultural villages and towns community function enhancement technology integration research and demonstration, In this paper, based on the traditional Chinese urban human settlements construction method and the current protection methods of historical towns and blocks, taking the historical community of Manchuan Guanzhen as the research object, on the basis of in-depth investigation and research, comprehensive use of urban and rural planning, architecture, Based on the comprehensive theories and methods of landscape architecture and sociology, this paper analyzes the protection value and present situation of historical community in Manchuan Guan Town, and studies the strategies and methods of its function optimization and cultural inheritance. Through the investigation and research on the historical evolution and current situation of the historical community in Manchuan Guan Town, this paper analyzes its protection value and current situation. Secondly, the spatial structure of historical community in Manchuan Guan Town is analyzed. Architectural style and environmental landscape of the three aspects of the further study of its historical community, analysis of similar cases, put forward its integration strategy; thirdly, analysis of the historical community cultural function, cultural space and cultural heritage of the connotation of Manchuan Guanzhen, Finally, on the basis of the above research, the author carries out the experimental research on the function optimization and cultural inheritance of the historic community in Manchuan Guan Town, and puts forward the design scheme of the transformation of the town center square. Based on the study of material space and immaterial culture of historical community in Manchuan, this paper puts forward the strategies of its function optimization and cultural inheritance, in order to correctly handle the relationship between the protection and development of historical community, so as to optimize its spatial characteristics. The historical value can be preserved, the humanities connotation can manifest. In order to promote the quality of human settlements and tourism value, realize the overall optimization and sustainable development of ancient towns. And spread to the same kind of ancient towns in this region, to provide reference for other ancient towns.
