【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們的生活品質(zhì)得到了顯著提高,餐飲空間不再只有解決饑餓的單一功能,而且還成為現(xiàn)代人談工作、談感情、釋放壓力的重要場(chǎng)所。美國建筑大師路易斯康說過,設(shè)計(jì)空間就是設(shè)計(jì)光亮。在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中,除了利用空間布局、材料質(zhì)感及色彩、陳設(shè)擺件等方式來塑造空間氛圍外,燈光的運(yùn)用對(duì)于餐飲空間的營造也越來越被人們注重。通過照明設(shè)計(jì)的不同藝術(shù)塑造手法(藝術(shù)照明)表現(xiàn)不同餐飲空間的氛圍,為人們提供味覺、視覺以及心理感覺的享受。本文主要以餐飲空間的設(shè)計(jì)研究為切入點(diǎn),提出餐飲空間氛圍的塑造可以通過照明設(shè)計(jì)的藝術(shù)手法來營造,不僅使就餐環(huán)境在空間得以延續(xù),同時(shí)也可對(duì)餐飲空間進(jìn)行氛圍意境的再次渲染,創(chuàng)造不同主題風(fēng)格的就餐氣氛。文章首先對(duì)餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)以及藝術(shù)照明相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析,找出了二者之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系;然后,從影響因素、功能作用、風(fēng)格表達(dá)三個(gè)方面對(duì)藝術(shù)照明在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行論述,并列舉了大量的經(jīng)典案例;最后,綜合前面的研究分析,探索性的提出了藝術(shù)照明在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用原則和藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力,并對(duì)未來餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出展望。通過藝術(shù)照明在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用表達(dá),增強(qiáng)了餐飲空間氛圍的表現(xiàn)力,豐富了空間層次,為塑造完美的就餐空間環(huán)境具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society, people's quality of life has been greatly improved. The dining space is not only a single function to solve hunger, but also an important place for modern people to talk about work, feelings and release pressure.American architect Louisikon once said, design space is design light.In the design of catering space, in addition to the use of space layout, material texture and color, furnishings and other ways to shape the space atmosphere, the use of lighting for the building of catering space has been paid more and more attention.Through the lighting design of different artistic molding techniques (art lighting) to express the atmosphere of different dining spaces, to provide people with taste, visual and psychological feelings of enjoyment.This article mainly takes the dining space design research as the breakthrough point, proposes that the dining space atmosphere mold may through the lighting design artistic technique to create, not only causes the dining environment to be able to continue in the space,At the same time, the dining space can also re-render the atmosphere, creating different theme style of dining atmosphere.The article first analyzes the relevant theories of catering space design and art lighting, and finds out the internal relationship between the two, and then, from the influence factors, the function function,The application of art lighting in catering space design is discussed in three aspects of style expression, and a large number of classic cases are listed.The application principle and artistic expression of art lighting in catering space design are put forward, and the development trend of dining space design in the future is prospected.Through the application and expression of artistic lighting in dining space design, it enhances the expressive power of dining space atmosphere, enriches the space level, and has certain practical significance for shaping the perfect dining space environment.
