【摘要】：快速城市化帶來了城市內(nèi)部更新與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)更替等重要問題,工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與新興工業(yè)的崛起逐步取代了傳統(tǒng)工業(yè),大量工業(yè)遺存有待處置,其中部分遺存具備良好的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和較高的再生價值,有待開發(fā)與更新。改革開放后,福州市開始逐步實行成片土地綜合開發(fā),城市面貌日新月異,同樣面臨城市擴張、產(chǎn)業(yè)重組中工業(yè)遺存的處置問題,尤其是近幾年政府與投資者開始重視工業(yè)廠房的再度開發(fā)利用,對工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型時期的工業(yè)遺存利用做出了嘗試。福州在城市資源整合與更新中充滿了機遇,但同時也面臨不可避免的挑戰(zhàn)。本研究將以福州的城市更新為契機,從景觀設(shè)計的角度介入到工業(yè)遺存的更新研究中,梳理國內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺存景觀更新的發(fā)展背景與歷程,并對國內(nèi)外研究與實踐進行對比和總結(jié)。通過文獻資料整理和現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,從福州工業(yè)的發(fā)展與變遷、工業(yè)遺存的更新概況入手,總結(jié)福州工業(yè)遺存更新的特點與不足,并選擇具有代表性的遺存更新項目進行詳細評析。根據(jù)以上多層次的研究基礎(chǔ),文章對福州工業(yè)遺存的景觀更新提出宏觀操控與實踐方法兩個層面的建議與策略,其中宏觀操控層面強調(diào)了普查工作的重要性以及再生機制的完善；對多種更新模式做出分類,說明了工業(yè)遺存景觀更新的原則：最后從資源評估、主題定位、空間策略、建筑單體及景觀環(huán)境的重塑等環(huán)節(jié)闡述了此類更新規(guī)劃設(shè)計的具體方法。附錄部分附有福州工業(yè)遺存更新的基本調(diào)查信息。希望本研究能為今后福州工業(yè)遺存的更新出謀劃策,為處理好城市更新與工業(yè)遺存之間的關(guān)系提供參考。
[Abstract]:Fast city brings an important issue within the city renewal and industrial structure change, the rise of emerging industrial structure adjustment and gradually replaced the traditional industry, a large number of industrial remains to be solved, which remains part of the price of regeneration with good location advantage and a higher value to be developed and updated. After the reform and opening up, Fuzhou city began gradually implement plots of land comprehensive development, the appearance of the city also faces the city expansion, change rapidly, the disposal of industrial heritage in industrial restructuring, especially in recent years, the government and investors began to pay attention to the development and utilization of industrial plants again, attempts were made to the industrial restructuring period of industrial heritage utilization. Fuzhou is full of opportunities in the integration and updating of city resources at the same time, but also face the inevitable challenges. This study will focus on the renovation of Fuzhou city as an opportunity to intervene from the angle of landscape design To update the research of industrial heritage, development background and process of combing landscape industry at home and abroad to update, and research and practice at home and abroad were compared and summarized. Through the literature and field research, from the development and change of Fuzhou industry, start to update the status of industrial heritage, summarize the characteristics and update of Fuzhou industrial heritage insufficient, and select the representative remains detailed analysis. According to the updated project based on above level, the landscape of Fuzhou industrial heritage renewal of macro control and practice methods two aspects suggestions and strategies, which emphasizes the importance of improving the level of macro control and regeneration mechanism of the census work; make a classification of various update mode, the industrial landscape regeneration principle: from the last resource assessment, positioning theme, space strategy, single building and landscape Environmental reconstruction and so on aspects of such update specific methods of planning and design. The appendix includes the basic survey of Fuzhou industrial heritage update information. I hope this research can give advice and suggestions for renewal of Fuzhou industrial heritage in the future, to provide reference for handling the relationship between city renewal and industrial heritage.
