【摘要】：伴隨我國人口老齡化的加劇和經(jīng)濟水平的提升,老年人口迅速增長,而退休之后的老年人,大部分時間在社區(qū)中度過,對社區(qū)居住環(huán)境越發(fā)重視。老年人數(shù)量的增長和生活品質(zhì)顯著提高,導致大部分城市社區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有活動空間的品質(zhì)、規(guī)模和相關設施難以滿足老年人活動日益多樣化的使用需求。深圳處在典型的高溫濕熱氣候區(qū),老年人在社區(qū)進行戶外活動的特征更加顯著。如何針對現(xiàn)有社區(qū)活動空間進行完善優(yōu)化,使其更加適合深圳氣候條件下老年人的活動特征,滿足老年人的活動需求的研究具有現(xiàn)實的指導意義。本研究以深圳的高溫濕熱氣候為背景,選取了深圳社區(qū)中具有典型代表性的桃源社區(qū)為研究對象,主要包括以下內(nèi)容:通過對桃源社區(qū)內(nèi)老年人訪談、問卷調(diào)查以及對老年人戶外活動的觀察,歸納總結了處于高溫濕熱氣候條件下桃源社區(qū)老年人活動類型、形式、時間、頻率和出行等活動特征;并從深圳的氣候環(huán)境特征、社區(qū)老年人的自身屬性和老年人活動偏好三個方面明確社區(qū)老年人的活動的空間需求,提出宅域、組團、社區(qū)三個不同活動圈層活動空間的場地類型構成及其布局模式。通過對社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀戶外活動空間的數(shù)量、規(guī)模和座椅、鋪裝等細節(jié)設施以及植物景觀進行評價,總結歸納了社區(qū)各活動空間在場地設計、細節(jié)設施和植物景觀三個方面存在的問題和不足。從社區(qū)活動空間的整體層面提出了優(yōu)化設計的目標,針對不同級別的活動空間特征,從宅域、組團、社區(qū)三個層次提出了具體可行優(yōu)化設計策略,并在各活動空間優(yōu)化設計中進行運用。希望該研究能夠對桃源社區(qū)老年戶外活動空間的優(yōu)化建設起到一定的指導作用,并對同類型的社區(qū)老年戶外活動空間優(yōu)化發(fā)揮一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of population aging and the improvement of economic level, the elderly population increases rapidly, and the elderly who retire spend most of their time in the community and pay more and more attention to the living environment of the community.The increase in the number and quality of life of the elderly has resulted in the quality, scale and related facilities of the existing activity space in most urban communities being difficult to meet the increasingly diversified needs of the elderly.Shenzhen is in a typical high temperature, humid and hot climate, and the characteristics of outdoor activities of the elderly in the community are more obvious.How to perfect and optimize the existing community activity space, make it more suitable for the characteristics of the elderly under the climate conditions in Shenzhen, and meet the needs of the elderly has practical guiding significance.Based on the high temperature, humid and hot climate in Shenzhen, the typical Taoyuan community in Shenzhen community is selected as the research object, which includes the following contents: interview the elderly in Taoyuan community,Through questionnaire investigation and observation of outdoor activities of the elderly, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the activities of the elderly in Taoyuan community under the conditions of high temperature, humidity and heat, such as type, form, time, frequency and travel, and from the characteristics of the climate and environment in Shenzhen,The space needs of the elderly in the community are defined in three aspects: their own attributes and their activity preferences. The site types and layout patterns of the activity spaces of the three different activity layers of the community are put forward as follows: the residential area, the group and the community.Based on the evaluation of the quantity, scale, seat, pavement and plant landscape of the outdoor activity space in the community, the design of the community activity space in the field is summarized.Detailed facilities and plant landscape in three aspects of the problems and deficiencies.The goal of optimization design is put forward from the whole level of community activity space. According to the characteristics of different levels of activity space, the concrete and feasible optimization design strategy is put forward from three levels of house domain, group and community.And in each activity space optimization design to carry on the application.It is hoped that this study can play a certain guiding role in the optimization of outdoor activity space for the elderly in Taoyuan community and play a certain reference role in the optimization of outdoor activity space for the elderly in the same type of community.
