【摘要】：隨著城市化進程的加快,城市建筑用地日趨緊張,綠地面積日益減少,屋頂綠化作為一種不占用城市地面空間的新型綠化形式已經(jīng)成為增加城市綠地面積的有效途徑之一。屋頂綠化不僅能夠增加城市綠化面積,而且還具有美化城市景觀、緩解城市熱島效應、改善城市生態(tài)功能的作用,屋頂綠化已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代建筑發(fā)展的必然趨勢。西方國家屋頂綠化發(fā)展水平優(yōu)于我們國家屋頂綠化發(fā)展水平,我們需要進行借鑒學習,但是由于屋頂綠化的發(fā)展應該符合我國國情,結(jié)合我國特色,與當?shù)匚幕�、建筑特點相統(tǒng)一,不能盲目借鑒與模仿,因此需要發(fā)展我國特色化屋頂綠化,并形成地域特色化。文章總共由五個章節(jié)對濟南世貿(mào)國際廣場大廈設(shè)計進行研究。第一章為緒論部分,主要論述課題研究背景、課題研究目的和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和濟南市屋頂綠化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、課題研究內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新點、課題研究方法。第二章主要對屋頂綠化進行綜述剖析,詳細介紹屋頂綠化的概念、屋頂綠化的發(fā)展歷史、屋頂綠化的分類、屋頂綠化的作用、屋頂綠化的意義,使研究范圍和研究目的更加明確。第三章為國內(nèi)外屋頂綠化設(shè)計優(yōu)秀案例進行分析,在分析過程中就主要設(shè)計方法、方式作出分析與總結(jié),然后進行歸納總結(jié)得出經(jīng)驗和啟示,力求找出相對比較適合濟南世貿(mào)的屋頂綠化的方法,推動屋頂綠化事業(yè)的發(fā)展。第四章通過對濟南世貿(mào)國際廣場大廈屋頂綠化設(shè)計進行分析,介紹了項目概況、區(qū)位分析、現(xiàn)狀存在問題、濟南世貿(mào)國際廣場大廈發(fā)展屋頂綠化的作用,論述了設(shè)計目標及設(shè)計理論、設(shè)計構(gòu)思及原則、設(shè)計依據(jù)及設(shè)計方法。第五章根據(jù)理論分析對濟南世貿(mào)國際廣場大廈進行設(shè)計,主要從平面功能分區(qū)、立面豎向造型、景觀小品及公告設(shè)施、植被等方面進行設(shè)計。第六章對屋頂綠化進行總結(jié),并對未來的發(fā)展進行構(gòu)思和展望。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, urban construction land is becoming more and more tense, and the area of green space is decreasing day by day. As a new type of green space, roof greening has become one of the effective ways to increase the area of urban green space.Roof greening can not only increase the area of urban greening, but also beautify the urban landscape, alleviate the effect of urban heat island and improve the ecological function of the city. Roof greening has become an inevitable trend of the development of modern architecture.The development level of roof greening in western countries is better than that in our country, so we need to learn from it. However, because the development of roof greening should conform to the national conditions of our country, combine with the characteristics of our country and local culture,The characteristics of architecture are unified and can not be used for reference and imitated blindly, so it is necessary to develop special roof greening in China and form regional feature.This paper studies the design of Jinan World Trade Square Tower by five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly discusses the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the present situation of domestic and foreign research and the present situation of the development of the roof greening in Jinan, the content and innovation of the subject, and the research methods of the subject.The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the roof greening, introduces in detail the concept of roof greening, the development history of roof greening, the classification of roof greening, the role of roof greening, and the significance of roof greening.To make the scope and purpose of the research more clear.The third chapter is the domestic and foreign roof greening design excellent case analysis, in the analysis process on the main design methods, methods to make an analysis and summary, and then summarized the experience and inspiration,In order to promote the development of roof greening, the author tries to find out the method of roof greening which is relatively suitable for Jinan World Trade Organization.The fourth chapter analyzes the roof greening design of Jinan World Trade International Plaza Building, introduces the general situation of the project, location analysis, existing problems, the role of the Jinan World Trade International Plaza Building in the development of roof greening.The design goal and design theory, design conception and principle, design basis and design method are discussed.In the fifth chapter, according to the theoretical analysis, the author designs the building of Jinan World Trade Square, mainly from the aspects of plane function partition, vertical modeling of elevation, landscape sketch and announcement facilities, vegetation and so on.The sixth chapter summarizes the roof greening, and the future development of ideas and prospects.
