【摘要】：城市公園作為市民生活的重要載體,是為公眾提供觀光游覽、集會(huì)休憩、開(kāi)展文化活動(dòng)的場(chǎng)所。近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的迅猛發(fā)展,我國(guó)市民的生活水平、文化修養(yǎng)、生活方式都有了很大的變化,人們開(kāi)始越來(lái)越注重精神文化需求。為了滿足市民日益增長(zhǎng)的精神文化需求,原本封閉式公園逐漸向開(kāi)放式過(guò)度,開(kāi)放式城市公園也開(kāi)始大量興建,但是很多為游人無(wú)償提供服務(wù)的開(kāi)放式公園卻出現(xiàn)了種種問(wèn)題,如“游人過(guò)多；原本的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施無(wú)法滿足現(xiàn)狀；公園環(huán)境遭到破壞”等。因此,如何使開(kāi)放式公園最大的發(fā)揮其社會(huì)功能,而又不對(duì)其造成破壞,是一個(gè)亟待解決的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。本文以哈爾濱市為研究地,選取哈爾濱市具有代表性的開(kāi)放式公園—兆麟公園、古梨園、斯大林公園為研究對(duì)象。以使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)(POE)理論為基礎(chǔ),采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地觀察法、訪談法對(duì)案例公園進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)研。對(duì)觀察內(nèi)容和問(wèn)卷問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,掌握了不同類型游人的行為特征,并獲得了使用者對(duì)公園區(qū)位、植物、地形、水系、設(shè)施、道路以及社會(huì)文化要素的感受與評(píng)價(jià)。之后,對(duì)調(diào)查公園的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果及觀察記錄,得出了影響公園使用狀況的因素�？偨Y(jié)哈爾濱開(kāi)放式公園存在的問(wèn)題,并提出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)原則、優(yōu)化管理以及優(yōu)化景觀要素的策略,希望對(duì)今后哈爾濱開(kāi)放式公園的建設(shè)和改造具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As an important carrier of citizen's life, city park is a place to provide sightseeing and sightseeing, gathering and resting for the public, and developing cultural activities. In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the standard of living and cultural accomplishment of the citizens of our country have developed rapidly. There have been great changes in the way of life, and people are beginning to pay more and more attention to spiritual and cultural needs. In order to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people, the originally closed parks gradually transitioned to open spaces. Open urban parks have also started to be built in large quantities, but many open parks that provide services to visitors without charge have all sorts of problems, such as "too many visitors, the original infrastructure can not meet the current situation;" Therefore, how to maximize the social function of open park without causing damage to it is a social problem to be solved urgently. The representative open park of Harbin, Zhaolin Park, Ancient Pear Garden, Stalin Park, is chosen as the research object. Based on the theory of evaluation of use status, the method of questionnaire investigation and field observation are adopted. Through the analysis of the survey results, the behavioral characteristics of different types of visitors are grasped, and the users' views on the park location and plants are obtained. The feeling and evaluation of topography, water system, facilities, roads, and sociocultural elements. After that, the advantages and disadvantages of the investigation park are analyzed, based on the analysis results and the observation records. The paper summarizes the problems existing in Harbin Open Park, and puts forward the principles of optimal design, optimal management and the strategy of optimizing landscape elements. It is hoped that it will have some reference value for the construction and renovation of Harbin open park in the future.
